7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

I walked in here on Monday night to grab an order and upon walking through the entrance unknowingly (and untold until after the fact) walked right into pepper spray. The assault of it was so strong I literally doubled over and was close to being on my knees in a coughing fit. I felt as if I was going into cardiac arrest. And to make it worse I had inhaled and swallowed the most of it since who ever they tried to spray was long gone. On top of it the clerk is like “it’s okay, it’ll go away...you’ll get over it” as I’m doubled over on their floor. He did bring me a cup of water but then proceeds to spray over the area with febrezze as I’m still trying to get myself together so of course it started a whole new fit of breathing trouble. Never had I ever imagined having something like that happen to me at all. And I also feel as if the situation b/t the clerk and the individual they tried to pepper spray was uncalled for and only done in anger not defense because there was two clerks there, one on register and one on the floor and it didn’t seem as if it was warranted upon walking in. I also called customer service to make them aware and supposedly someone was supposed to call me back 24-48hrs and i have not heard from anyone so I guess they don’t care about what goes on in their chains. to make it short just be careful with this store if you must go here, my eyes are...

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN Tried to pay for my coffee with not one but TWO cards, one with $300 and the other with $900 and my card kept getting declined and there's nothing wrong with my cards because I just did a transaction with the laundromat next door never had a problem with my cards never not once and I pay with everything with my cards every day and everywhere with no issue rude clueless cashier blamed it on me I just left my order on the counter and stormed out high chance the card readers might have a skimmer attached now I'm looking at my cards closely with both of my accounts and looking for any false charges if you're someone like me who is card only and doesn't carry cash do not come here your card will be declined and there's a high chance the card readers have skimmers attached to steal your money and information and if you are dumb enough to come here pay with cash NEVER...

WOW!! The store is usually a bit messy but today it was really, extremely dirty. There are boxes all over the floor blocking the aisleways. And I kid you not they had a homeless man that was sweeping the floors inside and there was vulgar rap music playing with multiple F words. I listen to rap music myself but extremely vulgar music with lots of cussing is not something you should be playing loudly in a store like that. I've never seen a 7-Eleven having homeless people sweep and clean in the store! I'm not sure what the agreement was on how the homeless guy was getting paid? But this was definitely not a 7-Eleven employee and was clearly a homeless guy with a broom sweeping the floors. He even asked an employee where the dustpan was. I don't think I've ever been to a 7-Eleven bad as this one....
