Panda Express — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Came here about a week ago on a Sunday around 9:30 pm. It wasn’t crowded at all, yet the service was slow. I put in an order for orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp and the orange chicken was ready, but they told me it would be a few minutes wait for the shrimp which was fine. I see the shrimp coming out and go up to pay, but apparently they have no idea what they did with my plate, and on top of that, they explain to me that they ran out of orange chicken. At this point I had been there for about 10-15 minutes already. They tell me I can choose anything else I want, and nothing else looked too good so I go for another honey walnut shrimp entree. They tell me it will just be 2 more minutes, I say ok. 2 other customers come in at this time and order shrimp as well. They forget about me and give that customer shrimp and have to explain yet again that they messed up/forgot. They start offering me another entree, and again, nothing looks too good and I don’t really like the other entrees all that much anyway, which is why my main go to’s are honey walnut and orange chicken, so I choose a measly chicken egg roll. I kid you not, they forgot about me about 5 times that night, and by the time I came in I was already super hungry. After being there for literally 30 whole minutes they finally get my plate fixed and still had the nerve to charge me for double honey walnut when it wasn’t my fault that I had to get double the premium item. I even took it upon myself to ask for a discount since they shockingly didn’t offer one. It took exactly $2.48 cents off which is nothing. Something about still having to pay after all of that neglect just didn’t feel right. Mind you, I was the only Black person being served around that time so I hope it wasn’t some racist nonsense. The whole thing just felt so wrong though. Never coming to this...

Staff was rude and bombarded me with two employees surrounding me as if it was my fault my order was wrong. Waited for two fresh entress to be made because they were out and it was like asking for them to make it was a hassle. We waited and food was still missing noodles with small portions..I had to ask for more meat before I even ate my meal and told the guy I didn't want to pick my finger to show him the lack of meat and he told me you only get five peices with the broccoli beef. I had to dig and show him they obky gave me about 3 so instead of giving me a whole new plate they picked the meat and just threw it in top of the noodles they forgot on a half and half combo. I spent about $30 waited and still got attitude as they were hesitant to fix the mistake. As I asked the young man that told me ," only five peices" and also forgot my noodles , a small asain coworker scholded me telling me my order was correct with a short accent as if that would itmidate me so I had two employees telling me I was wrong in their mistake after I waited for my two meals. When we got home the second meal was so incorrect with burnt black chilies in the shrimp order we.waitied for. Poor customer service and the quality of food small portions and wasn't as good as it usually is. Hopefully coorperate can fix.the issue or a.manager because I don't feel comfortable to return until it's addressed. Just rude and unnecessary on a Saturday night 9pm. After we ordered a rush of people came after so if attitudes had to do towards closing time that is something the management.needs to fix...

There is a girl I don't know what her name is, but she always does this, she puts huge amount of chow mein and when it comes to the chickens, beef she only puts little bit of each and I already warned her before but I think it did not make any sense to her. Just got tons of chow mein my plate, little bit of teriyaki chicken and orange chicken which are god damn RAW! Cup has a hole on it and was leaking.. I am so pissed not this just company, most of companies are doing something disgusting so they can double their profit. Also change your god damn chopsticks please! I came there 2 days ago and got the same chopsticks. I just don't understand why most people don't complain about these kind of stuff.There are so many disgusting thing I have seen but not gonna write here the whole story. They are just near by and this is the only reason I order from them. You can even see by their eyes they will do something disgusting... I am not talking about the girls that they are thin, and NOT OVERWEIGHT. You can see the smiling on their face which are usually cashiers. Rest of the people work there are...
