so I set up and oppointmet earlier in the week got to the shop 10 mins before my time and was skipped not only was I skipped but the was tried to be passed on to some one else which means there was no respect for me or my time waisted sad thing is I've been coming here for years and its not the first time I've had an issue but after this I can honestly say I won't be going back nor do I recommend this places for any one as a paying customer and some one that tips well over 15% I can say I was ill just save my money n go somewhere else were they show a lot more class and respect for there clients

first time I had an issue the barber messed up my hair cuz they were to busy watching the game instead of what they were doing

second time different babber totally did some different from what I asked for even after I asked if they could do a certain cut

terd time a current employee there called my old barber that work there and told them I was sitting in some one else chair now

fourth time and now im being skipped and passed on to some one else I did not request and now then being told I need to humble myself how about they provide the service that people go...

Oscar cut my hair. It was terrible. Fade was uneven. He even gave me a “fake” receding hair line. When using the shears, he pressed so hard into my head that I couldn’t even keep my head set straight. If that wasn’t bad enough, when he wanted me to move my head in a certain direction, he would push his finger into my head with excessive force; again, I couldn’t keep my head straight. Finally, while he was chiseling my “fake” receding hairline, he had two of his fingers pressed into my eye in such a way that I could snick a whiff of his Burger King musk. Additionally, he didn’t touch the hair on the top of my head and tried to charge me $5 more than the usual $30 I pay bc I had “a lot of hair.” I immediately went to the barber across the street for a second hair cut. I highly recommend that consumers not give this place your business. I seldom expend the energy to write reviews, and this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with their incompetence. It will however certainly be the last time I deal with it, though. If I could give this place zero...

Brought teenage son for haircut He was given a female barber who thought its proper to: not introduce herself, not talk to him behind asking how he wanted his haircut and held a conversation in Spanish the entire time with the barber next to her. At one point I got up to ask her to cut the rest of the hairdye out of his hair as she was so busy w/conversation that my teenager looked like he had salt&pepper hair. The haircut is basic. His hairline isnt flat as it should be flat - it’s a Ceasar haircut. They say they cut black hair. But I should’ve asked if they could cut a black hairstyle. In that case NO either they chose not to value a teenager ~ Either way won’t return. And don’t recommend. There’s hundreds of barbers....
