Food is good.... Price is Overrated!!!!

I understand it's Salvadorian Chicken and all,but $60 for a 20 piece family meal and drinks for a family of 4 is a little much!!! 🤔😷🤔😷 Staff was very polite and courteous.

KFC or El Polo Loco is 1/2 the price?? Coleslaw needs better flavor. Very blan...Needs to be Sweeter.... Add some Vinegar and Honey. My wife did that when we got home and it was what it needed. Just a thought. Also,please season your fries.They need a pick me up.

P.S. Try and put a location in the Antelope Valley.... Over half a million live out here??? You would do quite well out here Chick-fil-A has been here and there non-stop busy...

Worst management in this location, there was two ladies wearing black shirts both seem lost and did not seem how to manage a store. One of them kept going back and forth while the other one was on her personal cell phone while touching things around where the chicken was and this other things to serve . We were four people in line and it took almost 20 minutes for two of us to walk out of the store because of what we were witnessing. if i would had been a mistery shop this location would had failed. This unacceptable in a restaurant, people waited to long in line and others where not getting their food on time. hope they change management...

I went 2 times today and the first I order on the app around 11:45 am, I did arrive around 11:50 am and my order wasn't ready at all they niven haven't started on my order and I wait for almost 26 minutes more and the second time was today too around 6:20 pm when I place my order again on the app to pickup at 6:45 pm and when I arrived there they did the samething I have to wait for another 25 minutes more, this is unacceptable, I have been to this location for almost 13 years because is just 7 blocks away from my place. The manager should manage better the location because people time...
