(Managers quickly addressed the issue, so the review was updated from 1 to 5 stars) This would be a five-star review if it weren’t for one big issue: an aggressive security guard who has made me and my family feel genuinely unsafe in our own home.

I moved into this building two months ago and, from the beginning, I was genuinely impressed. The staff—Rebecca, Meagan, the cleaning crew, and most of the security staff are all welcoming, attentive, and go out of their way to create a positive environment. If I were rating the building on their efforts alone, it would be a perfect five stars.

Unfortunately, my experience with one security guard, Byron (I believe that's his name), has overshadowed everything else. Most recently, my wife accidentally forgot her fob and politely asked Byron if he could let her up to our floor. Instead of trying to help or even clarify who she was, he dismissed her with “I don’t know who you are” in an extremely challenging and gressive way and just left her stranded in the lobby. I understand the need for security and caution, but it’s essential for security staff to recognize and treat residents with a basic level of respect and awareness.

Later that day, I approached Byron calmly to address how he’d treated my wife. That’s when things escalated beyond anything I expected. In the middle of the lobby, with my wife present, Byron became extremely aggressive, raised his voice, yelled at us, beat his chest, and shouted, “come at me.” His behavior was so out of line that we genuinely felt threatened in our own home.

Sadly, this isn’t an isolated incident. Byron was aggressive toward my friend on another occasion, and after reading other reviews, it’s clear that we’re not the only residents who have had similar experiences.

To be clear: the rest of the staff, including Rebecca, Meagan, the cleaning team, and the other security personnel, have been outstanding and are the reason this building feels like home. But no one should ever feel threatened by someone whose job is to ensure their safety. Until this issue is addressed, I can’t recommend this building to anyone looking for a truly safe and welcoming place to live.

If management is able to resolve this, I truly believe this could be a five-star place...

I cannot say enough good things about my experience moving into my new apartment — this has truly been the best place I’ve ever lived so far! From the very beginning, the process was smooth, welcoming, and above all, professional.

A huge shoutout to Rebecca, the business manager, who went above and beyond to make this transition seamless. Her communication was incredible every step of the way — clear, timely, and thorough. She made us feel so cared for and supported, and her attention to detail really set the tone for the entire experience.

We were even greeted with thoughtful welcome gifts upon move-in, which was such a special and unexpected touch. Everything was organized, documented thoroughly, and handled with true professionalism. It’s clear that a lot of heart and hard work goes into creating this kind of community.

I’m genuinely so grateful that we stumbled upon this amazing place. Thank you again to Rebecca and the entire team for making this feel like home right...

I had the pleasure of witnessing a friend of mine work with Meagan, the assistant manager and both of us agree that she is a rockstar.

When we did the tours, Meagan was so knowledgable. Her attentiveness to our needs was remarkable - she listened intently and took proactive steps to address every concern we had. I can't tell you how many tours we've been on where the agent showed us units that was direct opposite of what we've asked. Meagan actually worked with us against some very unique requirements and ended up finding my friend the perfect unit.

When there was a question that Meagan didn't know the immediate answer to, she actually got back to him within the timeline she promised. Which, unfortunately, compare to other leasing experience we had, is extremely rare.
