Sreya’s vinyasa classes are truly a gift. Her teaching is both physically invigorating and spiritually recharging, each session crafted with care and deep intention. It’s become a weekly ritual—a chance to reflect, breathe, and calibrate from the relentless pace of city life. Sreya brings deep knowledge and enthusiasm to her classes, always offering hands-on adjustments (if desired) and thoughtful modifications to either ease or deepen your practice.

Just had the most wonderful class in this sweet little pocket of peace right in the heart of it all NYC. Libby was a great instructor, calm and strong, and held the most beautiful space for me to just let go and also be so present with my experience. It was just her and I, I’m here randomly for a business trip and I felt so at peace here. The windows are large, the air is pure and there’s a low hum of the city, but also so quiet.
