I started at Boss NYC in the spring of 2024 after a surgery and long recovery. I was out of shape and having pain in my ankle, hip, and lower back. After working out with Edmond for several months now, I'm happy to report that I've lost 20 pounds, gained muscle, gone down a size in my clothes, have very little pain, and feel great. I've always had trouble going to the gym and feeling out of place; but Boss NYC is a very welcoming, low-key, fun place to be. The trainers and clients are all very nice and friendly. I've been training at Boss for almost a decade. My results have been beyond anything that I could have expected. I have an interest in both running and putting on muscle and Ed and Roscoe have devised the perfect training plan and evolved it over time. They are super friendly which helps the time fly by when your muscles are suffering. Everyone at the gym is friendly, not intimidating and makes you feel at home. Its also super conveniently located and has great showers on site making it ideal for a pre work workout. Boss NYC is an amazing gym with superb fitness trainers and coaches. I worked with Edmond, who has a great background in sales, fitness, sports, and armed forces, and really listened to my goals, wishes, and customized a plan for me. I will add, I was pushed to the maximum, found new strengths I didn't realize I had, and saw excellent gains; I felt so good personally and mentally and was glad I trained. This is definitely better than a regular gym, having a trainer to work with you is highly recommended. Plus, it has a boutique feel, not overly crowded, and has showers and locker rooms. 10/10 service...
