I’ve been a fan of Coach briefcases, backpacks, wallets and crossbody bags for decades, I own several. I remember when going into a Coach store was a pleasant, classy experience. I went to this particular store to get a replacement hang tag. Greeted (as if I was an interruption to whatever she was doing on her phone) with a literal mouth full of gum like a cow chewing cud. After my transaction I asked for my receipt and then small receipt envelope that I could put the hang tag in. That’s when things went south. The counter person had already thrown it in the trash for some reason and reached down in the trash (like a dog) uncrumpled it a bit and attempted to hand it to me. I told her you may not have a problem with taking something from the trash, but I do. I’d like another receipt. After a rather ghetto eye roll she walks off… several minutes go by for her to discover that she doesn’t know how to reprint the receipt. I told her “you’re not selling trash bags here..: you might want to act a bit more like it. It turns out that this mongrel was the “manager”. Coach… you’ve been a staple for years. Please hire employees with class and with the ability to pretend to give half a damn at the very least. They bring your brand down. You really need to send shoppers to your boutiques to observe, you will find yourself shocked by the unprofessional demeanor of some of those you employ.

A fabulous sale was going on at 50% off certain bags of course. I mentioned that I was looking for a vegan bag. I was informed that while Coach does not sell vegan bags they do use recycled leather. Leather that does no come straight from the animal.Very nice informative staff.

Hubby loves to gift me purses cuz I have an obsession with them usually online, but on feb 14 we walked in stores and the staff was very polite and welcoming, they also gave me a few tips to keep my luxury bags looking fresh. Loved the experience.

Coach men’s shoes are top quality and last for years while always looking great. There is a guy on Tik Tok that takes apart leather goods from all the top fashion houses and he always says Coach uses top grade leather, stitching, and hardware. He also says Coach is the most fairly priced. Its easy to order items on the Coach website and pay with Amazon. My two cents for Coach leadership - they just need to tighten up their branding and design offerings in order to compete with...

I was excited to check out a purse I wanted in person, but the experience was disappointing. The employees were too busy chatting with each other to be helpful, and when I did ask a question, it felt like I was bothering them. Isn’t helping customers part of the job? Will just take my business online instead where I won’t have to deal with unpleasant people and rude attitudes - a much easier experience. I’ll be sticking to that from now on and I’m sure...
