I was charged without a 30% discount on the rice box initially, even though it was after 8 PM. When I pointed this out, the staff processed a refund and then charged me again with the 30% discount applied. However, I never received the money back. I was charged twice for the rice box, and unfortunately, I didn’t keep the receipt because I didn’t expect this would happen. I attempted to claim the charge through my bank and was able to get the money back immediately, but the claim was later reversed back to the store.
I didn’t expect much from this place, but I at least hoped they would handle the situation correctly. I’ve tried their tasteless rice box a few times (I just want to support new businesses in the area.), and although I tried to be understanding and not too picky, the quality just didn’t meet my expectations. If possible, I would give them zero stars. Even though it’s close to my apartment, I definitely won’t...
Read moreI was enjoying my shopping at the supermarket but when I went downstairs to checkout the makeup and some cute items literally these two sales lady kept following me wherever I go like give your customers some space. I have a basket in me and clearly I’m putting things on my basket. It means I was going to buy things. I’m Filipino and when I went beside this white girl shopping as well in another aisle no one was watching her and as soon as I went beside her, one sales lady still kept on following me. Clearly, I’m the only one they are watching. I’m not being arrogant about myself but I know I look decent inside the store like you can tell I can afford things BUT STILL YOU DO NOT PROFILE PEOPLE when customers go inside your store shopping. I felt I was profiled the whole time I was shopping in there. I did spend $115 because I did like the items that I got in there but NEVER AGAIN I WILL GO TO THIS PLACE. THANK...

First floor they have fresh made soft serve ice cream, hot foods, and all necessary noodles, ready to eat food, snacks and limited fresh produce.
Second floor, it’s the cutie floor, there are adorable asian characters, make ups, plushies, chinaware, and more.
Limited staff in the shop for stocking, cleaning, and register, but service were efficient and some of the staff are very friendly.
Value, I cannot say it’s the best, after comparing to Teso and some other Chinese owned market, the pricing over here is slight higher.
Location, convenient, center of Manhattan. No parking. High walking...
