So. This is difficult for me because truly they have a great selection of objects. But I gotta warn people. Unless they have something in stock to buy right there. Do not purchase. I work in the design industry and understand that vendors don’t always cooperate with timelines. Covid has also made things harder. But honestly the way they manage this from a customer service standpoint alone is very bad. If I were to specify something from their store at this point I could not trust Junglee to come through and to top it off The apathy demonstrated is pretty astronomical. I’m still waiting for a part of my order that has been outstanding for 5 months at this point and I had to cancel another order because it didn’t make sense to keep waiting for it (again 5 months). Not telling you to not shop there, but just know that when they offer to order something for you you are agreeing to some very vague terms and the staff really can’t be bothered to keep you informed.
