I had a very important job I needed Lucky’s help with. As far as the work itself, it was small and probably inconsequential in terms of helping with the business bottom line. However, it was time sensitive and meant a lot to me personally. Lucky listened to the situation and made me feel like it was his most important assignment, coming from his biggest client. He was very responsive and did not overpromise. He was courteous, professional and really went out of his way to make sure he overdelivered on what was promised (and when). The quality of the product was superb. He was also very reasonable in charging me a price that was fair, when he probably could have asked for more, given the quantity and the time constraint. I had a chance to chat with him when I went to pick up the work, and it was very clear to me that he took great pride in what he did, and earning trust was very important to him. Once in a while, you are lucky to find an individual who is a decent person who truly cares about his work and his clients. He has made me a happy loyal customer for any needs I might have in the future. I was introduced to his incredible printing and framing shop by the Roxy Hotel Media group. I can’t be happier with the amount of artistic images that he has printed and framed for me. I have known Lucky Singh for twenty-two years. He’s my thought-partner in making art, my printer, my historian (he has all the photos of our now family of five that I’ve ever worked on with him), and most importantly, he’s my friend.

That he’s a master at what he does goes without saying, but let me declare it, emphasize it and underline it: he’s a master, an expert, a fellow obsessive about detail, my ride-or-die when it comes to printing and framing.

I’m also not sure what kind of cosmic deal he's made to get additional hours in the day, because his turnaround times are something to behold.

He has a client list of heavy-hitters, and probably a whole other list he doesn’t tell me about, and he is as indispensable to them as he is to me.
