V Lash Studio is clean and spacious. Binisha does excellent work I love my lashes. I trust Binisha with lashes. She also gifted me with a cute little kit to keep my eyelashes clean and fresh. I always get compliments on my lashes. I highly recommend! Update!!! 9/25/24 I had my last visit on 9/4/24 with V Lash Studio. I waited just to see how they would treat me after this appointment. Usually when its your time to refill they send an email or text message with a friendly reminder to inform you to schedule an appointment to keep your lashes up to par they never sent that email or text message. Which confirms they know the service I received was horrible. This was my worst experience ever. Unfortunately my technician is out on Maternity leave. So I had no choice to go with this new technician. First few sessions was ok with her. She is a little heavy handed and doesn't have a light touch like my technician Binisha! She pinched my right eye which definitely gave me a bump on my upper eyelid and caused me pain. You would think she would apologize for causing me pain. NO Instead she told me to move up. NO APOLOGY!! Never did she apologize!!! For hurting my right eye. After my session my eyes burned extremely bad! Never had this happen before! I'm actually one of the first customers at V Lash Studio because I followed Binisha from the salon before she started her own! Hopefully Binisha reads this review and get in contact with me. Do NOT go to this store !!!! If I could give this merchant (-1,493,438,348) I would! I got the lashes put in for a special event on Friday and over the weekend my eyes became red, swollen and irritated. Come Monday, I could not stand it anymore and had to get them taken out. Thankfully, the lady did come in on her day off, but even when she was removing them I had to ask her to wash her hands!! I've gotten lashes before and this has never happened !! I think she (1) used too much glue (2) the glue was un-sanitary and (3) inserted them too close to the eyeline. After having them removed and still one week later, my eyes are still swollen and recovering from the irritation. It was so painful, I had to take time off work. The worse part is the whole time the lady did not apologize or feel remorse for causing me so much pain!! She kept making excuses ! I caution anyone who is willing to try this merchant in the future to inspect the glue and sanitation of the environment, but would avoid the pain and irritation I have been going through and do NOT go at all! I asked for natural as well and she made me look crazy with too long eye lashes and curl. It ruined the event that I was trying to look nice for and am extremely disappointed with the whole experience. If my eyes continue to irritate, I will be going to the doctor. Booked with Binisha. I asked her for wispy lashes style and cat eye - she did neither. It was so painful too. They also did add-ons without telling me the price beforehand and tried to act like there’s nothing they can do about it. New clients beware. The promo isn’t worth it.

EDIT: RE the business’s response - I showed two photos of the same style, they just weren’t able to achieve it with their skill set and gave me something completely different. I wanted to just pay and leave after a painful experience and they try to add on a bunch of charges without telling me UNTIL I ask for the receipt. Such a shame how you try to blame your new customers for their poor experience. I was willing to pay the price I came here for, even though you did a terrible job. You told me before we started we wouldn’t have to remove my lashes, but you weren’t able to do a wispy style to match my set so you ended up pulling them all out. Why should I be grateful you didn’t charge me for something you shouldn’t have done to begin with? And yeah, you didn’t explain the charges to me before doing it - that you are correct about.
