Do yourself a favor, DO NOT bother getting a waffle cone here. I have been here about 15 times (so, I'm a frequent flyer, if you will). They do not have a proper/professional cone stand (they cost $5 on Amazon, I know, cause I have one for my guests convenience at my ice cream shop) and instead, they use a cut cup upside to hold the waffle cone on the scale. This is an extremely poor system & of course, the cone fell onto the counter & broke & made a lovely mess. Now, this is why I'm leaving a poor review. The young lady was quick to clean the mess, didn't offer me anything to clean myself (i had yogurt on my hands & wallet) & when I returned from the bathroom, she announced "I'm supposed to charge you for that cone, but you can go ahead & get another one & I won't charge you for the one YOU broke". Sure...I totally walked into your shop, figured I'd break a full waffle cone, pay for that & then pay for one I can actually enjoy. Thanks for the favor...but, NO THANKS. I stuck the $10 in her tip jar & left. I too own an ice cream business & customers drop their cones ALL the time. It's just part of the business. You know what I do? I give my guests a new one! These things costs cents to me & dollars to my guests. I always say, "I'm in the business of making smiles." I'm not smiling right now. Again, a single serving acrylic cone stand is about $4 on Amazon. Check it out. Might save a few headaches for both your guests & your employees. Cause that little balancing act you have with the upside down cup on the scale is more than just ackward, it's unbecoming of your business (and you know it) & has just cost you a...
Read moreHad the worst experience here. Women (owner) was rude as hell. She said I was stealing because my son (3 yrs old) ate one piece of candy out of his cup before paying. I tried to explain his age and that it was one piece. She continued to be rude as hell and so I tried to just leave without our yogurt. She threatened to call the police. Then tried to charge me more because she thought he ate 2 pieces of candy and accused me of lying. I will never ever step foot in this store again and hope no one else does either. The amount of rudeness and unprofessionalism of this lady, she shouldn't be working anywhere near kids or people in general. This could of been handled professionally and with kindness, a simple "please have your child wait to eat till after you pay" would of been the correct way to handle the situation. Not being ugly, rude and nasty to a customer and accusing them of lying and stealing because a child ate a piece of candy. I am still in shock of how bad I was...
Read moreWe went here to try out some boba and grab a little frozen yogurt while we were there. It's a pretty small shop, but it does offer a lot of variety of yogurts/ soft serve and the toppings are pretty expansive as well. They adhere to covid restrictions and everything was very clean and sanitary. The girl that was working was very friendly and helpful, though she didn't have a name tag or anything. All in all, it exceeded my initial expectations and I was...
