My fiancé bought an engagement ring here and I’m so disappointed. It’s a diamond halo ring oval like I’ve always wanted. However, whomever sold my fiancé this ring didn’t give professional advice. The diamond does not match the halo around it. The diamond appears so yellow compared to the other stones. Anyone with experience should have advised him to go with a smaller diamond that matched the diamonds around the ring. I know what he paid because I saw the bill by accident. This is unacceptable quality for the price he paid. In addition, whomever mounted the ring, the prongs are uneven. My ring looks so cheap and it wasn’t. He wanted to get our wedding bands there and, I refused. I am going to have to replace the diamond myself without my fiancé knowing. It’s so noticeable it embarasses me. My fiancés parents also spend quite a bit of money here every year. I have to say I went wedding ring shopping and I hid my engagement ring because, the halo makes the diamond look so cheap even in the best light. My fiancé spent quite a bit of money for sub par quality. I expected more from BC Clark. My fiancé was not given an experienced knowledgeable sales person. Obviously it was just about the sale and, not giving education. What a waste...
Read moreB.C. Clark is the only jewelry store worth going to. I have dealt with stores from Cartier to Kay and nothing compares to the service you will get at B. C. Clark. This time, I specifically went to B. C. Clark to see if they could repair an antique music box for me. I left it with the watch department, and the woman who worked on it for me was so polite and helpful. Even though it is not their normal specialty, they took it with open arms and gave it extreme detail and care. When they were not working on it, it was kept in a safe. But while the watch department was amazing, I am writing this review to brag on Elizabeth. She did everything she could to assist me. She even gave me her personal phone number if I had any questions. When I went in the store, immediately greeted me and asked if I needed anything to drink. When I left, I was-again-asked if I needed anything. Whole point: Elizabeth is awesome, and you will be taken care of. I love B. C. Clark. I love the people. I love the selection of items and services. I love the way I feel when I go in. You could be a billionaire or homeless, and they will still treat you with the same respect. Thank you, all. And if it means anything, give Elizabeth a raise....
Read moreI recently took my Rolex in to have the service completed. I'd received a call stating some items needed attention outside of a normal service, all of which I was alright with. With it being a vintage timepiece we had run into a snag with a certain item of the repair. Elizabeth gave me the first call and through several calls back and forth she provided genuine and thoughtful help throughout the entire process. Though we couldn't accomplish what I was looking for due to Rolex's strict guidelines, to which I can appreciate, Elizabeth continued to be helpful and courteous. Being in a customer service industry myself, I truly appreciated everything Elizabeth did for me to ensure I was satisfied and had all the information I'd asked for. Her skillset and customer service is unparalleled. I encourage anyone needing your timepiece serviced or specific information on precious gems/stones, Elizabeth is the professional...
