Life at The First Residences was an absolute dream!! I moved this summer of 2023 to start prep for greater college pursuits!!

I moved in when they first opened in the spring of 2022. The move in process was super smooth and I had the absolute best view in one of the South facing apartments with the 4 huge windows in the living space that give a breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the city. I moved to an even better layout in the spring of 2023 and got to wake up to heart fluttering sunrises.

The community at The First National is one of a kind! Everyone was just Wonderful!! My dog park and pet parent friends were where I started building community. More residents would come get puppy cuddles, and we would all just sit and talk and enjoy each other's company. Living in a building where your neighbors are friends has always been my hearts desire! Being single in a place created to connect is probably the coolest thing ever! You have people to chat with, go out for puppy play dates with, grab a drink with, and celebrate life events! It was the absolute best part of my year!

Going to breakfast at Tellers or Guilded Acorn or dinner at Stock & Bond was like an episode of Cheers! "Where everybody knows your name!" Everyone there is just so pleasant, and I've always wanted to really know who is there because then you are always in the company of friends.

The leasing office staff I started with were Chloe, Cheyenne, and Tarisha ♡ These wonderful ladies handled a brand new build where so much was new and still in process like freakin Champs!!! Anytime I had questions, I always received a response. Even when I was waiting, we would pass each other in the hall, and they would bring up what I had asked and let me know they would get back to me. I felt heard and always had a smooth time with leasing questions. My apartment transition within the building was flawless.

I would recommend anyone live here for at LEAST 1 year because you need to be a part of All of the holiday celebrations!!!!! Christmas was Incredible!! It was soooooooo wonderful to come downstairs to this euphoric sparkly scene! Omg, and when they change the color of the lights! Total swoon! If you're thinking about it, don't hesitate! This place is impressive. I was sold when I viewed the website. It’s what living in a five star hotel feels like. I’ve only been here a few weeks and it hasn’t ceased to amaze me. First off my sales and leasing associate, Cheyenne, was amazing. I had to relocate to OKC for work in 2 days and she gave me a tour and had all my paperwork ready almost instantaneously. She’s always responsive whenever I have questions. Second, my main concern moving to a new place was security. I have no worries. The parking garage is gated of course, but there’s also security 24/7. Plus the building and rooms are protected by smart access. Next, the place is beautiful. Stores, restaurants, a barbershop, and more all accounted for in the building. There’s more: heated infinity pool on the roof, a dog park, dog salon, 2 gyms, and a game room. I feel like I’m missing something. Oh and you get a black card. This thing gets you discounts on almost everything inside and neighboring the building. My last key point has to be the service. It’s top notch and you get valet parking! I had to stay late for work one day and came back too tired to stop for food. I asked an associate in the leasing office for advice and was introduced to in room dining. I have never experienced room service at an apartment. I made a call to place an order and 15 mins later my meal was at the door fresh and steaming. I’ve said way more than usual, but this place will have you rambling or speechless. Where to start… this company definitely does well with marketing. Does not live up to the hype in multiple ways, overall quality being the just of it. Lots of unit issues showing complete lack of attention to detail and upkeep. Moved into a dirty apartment, never received the promised gift card from dealing with that crap. Leasing office is useless with guidance on move in and information, so many residents discuss how much you have to figure out on your own. Amenities are way too minimal for number of ppl living here. Noise is insane. HVAC does not work but you still get charged for it even with service requests saying it’s fixed. Tonight was my last straw - we pay godly amounts of money yet my family member is LOCKED OUT of the elevator system bc the concierge simply didn’t want to be there late and it is not staffed, after guarantees they would have someone there every night until midnight, NO way to contact anyone at the apartment with security or any other hotline.

WHY pay this much for mediocre service? I’ve met so many people who moved out due to these same issues, especially with the leasing office, if you’re paying this much at least go live somewhere professional and with quality investment from...
