Teena's expertise is unparalleled. In under 40 minutes, she helped us find the perfect suit and all the accessories we needed. What truly set her apart was her attention to detail and her willingness to go above and beyond. She even inquired about the dress I’d be wearing and offered to have it altered the same day if I brought it in when we picked up the suit.

When I had to pick up the suit without my boyfriend, Teena and her son helped me choose a tie that perfectly matched my dress, and her son tied the tie for us. Remarkably, he tied it to the perfect length and knot size based solely on his memory of my boyfriend’s height and build from two days prior. Neither my boyfriend nor I are experienced at tying ties, and we had to leave as soon as I got back home, with no time to figure it out ourselves. Without their help, it wouldn’t have looked nearly as good!

Around Christmas last year, I received a gift card to Teena Hicks Company to get a custom-fitted sport coat. I waited most of the year to use it but finally scheduled an appointment with Teena, the owner. When I arrived, she was pulled in a few different directions, so her son, James, stepped in to help.

I don’t want to sound overly dramatic, but the entire experience was incredible. James’s attention to detail, understanding of what I was looking for, and ability to guide me through options that would actually add to my wardrobe were excellent. He took his time, answered all my (very uninformed) questions, and made the process comfortable and enjoyable. I was honest about how far out of my comfort zone I was, and he couldn’t have been more patient or professional.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. We searched all over town for a tuxedo or nice black suit. No selection and no service everywhere we went - hugely frustrating. I found this place by accident and it was like Heaven. Excellent selection of anything you could want and appropriate prices for fine menswear. But the best thing about this store is the SERVICE.
