Love the Kashmire Blue Topaz ring that I purchased! I was visiting Savannah, Georgia for the first time, with my family, and upon arrival, went down to River Street. I love jewelry, and I came across the Frank Reubel jewelry store. I ran in for a quick look, not planning to purchase anything, and I saw the most beautiful blue ring, in a shade I've never seen before. I asked the salesperson, Tami, what the stone was, and she informed me that it was Kashmire Blue Topaz, one of their Signature Stones. She explained that I've never seen that gorgeous blue shade of topaz before because it's being produced exclusively for Frank Reubel designs. They feature it in both gold and sterling silver, and the sterling pieces often have white sapphires around it, to keep the price down (vs. diamonds.) My family was waiting for me, and I didn't want to make an impulse purchase, so I said I'd be back. The next day, I returned without my family (so I had time) and both Tami and Alex Reubel (one of the designers) were in the store. What fabulous customer service! They're so friendly and spent an hour with me, helping me select the perfect Kashmire Blue Topaz ring for me. It's gorgeous, and I can't wait to wear it! I highly recommend this store for their beautiful and unique, award-winning designs and their warm and welcoming (as well as informative)...
Read moreThis was a great experience. We were checking out the shops near the new Marriot complex on the river and were drawn to the nice window display with interesting looking gemstone bracelets. My girlfriend really liked one in particular, so we went inside, she tried it on, she liked it even more, so I asked for the price, it was only $240, so I said we will take it. I was very surprised, I was thinking that it might be a whole lot more expensive. Judging by the appearance, some of the jewelry in this shop was probably very pricey, so I kind of lucked out.
The ambience of the shop, as well as, the guy managing this gallery made us feel very comfortable, he was a good listener and was not pushy. They have some great looking paintings on the wall of the jewelry shop, along with a fine art gallery across the hall. All of the décor, fixtures, jewelry, art and people seemed to be...
Read moreThe Frank Reubel Fine Jewelry Store in Savannah was our last stop before leaving Savannah after four days of sight-seeing and visiting our grandson. The window caught our eye. There were lots of pretties to look at. What caught our eye was the display of jewelry made from silver bars from the Atocha. In the same case was a clunky silver ring with a coin that had the Magen David on it. The store manager spent considerable time explaining how the ring came to be there, and its origins. He showed us the certificate of authenticity. We talked for several minutes about coins and antique jewelry, and the challenges of finding authentic antique pieces. The staff was amazing. We bought the ring. I highly recommend the Frank Reubel store...
