By far the worse customer service for a “fine jewelry” store. When I came into the store I told the jeweler I want something real solid gold as I like to wear my jewelry without it tarnishing. The jeweler showed me a piece and I bought it. The first time my bracelet broke I called the company, as soon as I told Chad My bracelet broke he raised his voice saying “this is your fault!” I told him I understand I wore it, I don’t remember doing anything specific when the bracelet just fell off. I told him I had no problem paying for shipping to send out the bracelet. When I received the bracelet the main part was fixed so I could wear it, but some parts had dents and those were never fixed. The bracelet got dents within a few weeks of me wearing it. The second time I broke the bracelet I sent it back immediately and emailed them that I am sending it. After about a month of sending in the bracelet I finally got a call back. Chad was on the phone again and within a minute raised his voice and kept CONSISTENTLY cutting me off. I couldn’t even finish a single sentence. He kept telling me how I am supposed to pay for the repairs because it is my fault the bracelet broke. I told him he never fixed the dents in the first place, but again I couldn’t finish my sentence when he cut me off telling me its like buying a car and ?crashing it? I take care of my jewelry, and always buy real solid gold because I like to wear them. I do not however work out or smash them. I paid $50 over the phone as he said “If you don’t pay now I will throw your bracelet in the trash.” Not sure how the company made it this far, throwing out other peoples property, when people pay nearly $1,000 for a single piece of jewelry. 0/10000 would never recommend. Once I received my bracelet it came back in WORSE shape than I sent it. I called them back to ask what they actually did. The conversation went nowhere. They kept putting me on hold to laugh at me. Chad said “darling your bracelet came this way.” Then proceeded to lie saying he never threatened to throw my bracelet in the garbage. What a trash company. One star is...
Read moreMy husband and I went to 13 Secrets Jewelry Gallery to find gifts for each other for our 20th anniversary. We had already been to a few stores in the area and were not impressed with the selection offered or the sales staff. That all changed when we went in 13 Secrets!
We were immediately (and warmly) greeted by Matt and Olivia. Both of them were very kind and personable and very knowledgeable of the jewelry they had to offer. Matt listened carefully as I explained my taste in rings and he (and my husband) found a ring that I might have otherwise overlooked. It is absolutely beautiful! I fell in love immediately! They even offered to have it sized for me same day so I could wear it to our anniversary dinner!
Matt also assisted my husband with stuffing a nice watch as his gift and sized it for him right there.
I'm so thrilled with our purchase with them and I HIGHLY recommend visiting of you are looking...
Read moreBy far, one of the best jewelry stores I have ever visited. From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted and treated like I was “ family”! Chad, the owner, was personable and funny and kind. I never felt pressured to buy anything. In fact, I came in the store to have my necklace clasp repaired and was delighted to actually have it repaired on the spot that day! While I waited, I looked around the store and was amazed at the selection of jewelry - from fine, fine to absolutely lovely artistic pieces of jewelry. My only dismay was not being in the market for an engagement ring(I am married)! Chad’s selection is unbelievably beautiful!! But - I do have a single daughter and son who I will direct to Chad and...
