UPDATE: Iāve brought my other family members to try their drinks and Iāve managed to claim the promised free tofu bubble tea offered by management. As a whole, we have ordered 2x tofu milk tea and 1x mango yakult.
Personally, the quality of the milk tea is on par with Presotea. But the tofu topping is nothing to brag about.
Canāt comment too much on Mango Yakult as I did not try it myself but was told that itās taste artificial and little to no yakult taste. Expect some real fruits taste for how much they charged.
Lastly, Iām still let down by their wait time. Took 15 minutes to make 3 drinks and it wasnāt that busy either.
Paid for a tofu bubble tea. Waited for about 10minutes and told they have run out of tofu. One of the staff even hold the cup with my name on it with some liquid in it. So I assumed they made it halfway and realised they donāt have the tofu.
Offered to change to another drink or refund. Chose refund as Iāve no longer in the mood to get one and possibly wait go back to the queue and wait for...

Tried Original Tofu Milk Tea (less sugar, less ice), $6.1 and Lychee Bomb Green Tea (less sugar, no ice), $6.8. Upsize +$0.5. Tofu Milk tea was slightly sweeter than lychee bomb green. There were 2 slices of lemon and in Lychee bomb green tea. Just canned lychee, so not very strong lychee flavour. but it tasted fresh. The portion of tofu and lychee was ok. Earth Matcha, one of Earth Series, $6.5: I picked no sugar no ice, so was told that the the presentation was different from the menu shown. It's not green for my option. There's a lot of Milo dissolved in the tea and on the top. I couldn't taste the bitterness of matcha (albeit no sugar), only tasted very mild...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst-time customer on a Tuesday early afternoon. I was unsure how the ordering system worked using the touch screen so inquired with staff if this was the only way of ordering. I was brushed off with a rude response that I had to order using the screen. Seconds later a line was forming so I was called over to order at the register? The trainee staff was polite and friendly. However when my drink was ready it was shoved forward with a straw by the staff as if they wanted me out of the way asap. Understand this is the busiest time of year + responsibility of training a new staff. But they couldnāt even force a smile. Seems like the store just relies on their convenient location so doesnāt need worry about retaining customers. I will stick to my usual tea franchise...
