I booked a karaoke room on a busy Friday night for my friend's birthday, but upon arrival, we found the speakers to be unusually quiet. I had to approach the staff multiple times to request an increase in volume, and fortunately, they were very helpful and responsive. Eventually, due to technical issues with the karaoke rooms, we were relocated to the last working room with the assistance of some floor staff. Albeit still very quiet.

I was particularly impressed by the manager, Anysha, who was extremely patient, apologetic and accommodating throughout the ordeal. Despite being unable to rectify the technical issues, she generously provided us with vouchers as a gesture of goodwill. I hope all worked out for you all for the remainder of the weekend. I regret not being able to recall the names of the floor staff who assisted us, but I must commend their understanding, patience, and friendliness. It was clear you had a great team that night despite being stretched thin.

As a note for Funlab, please alter the system in the karaoke rooms to allow customers to adjust the volume themselves, both for the music and the microphones separately. Having to rely on staff to adjust the volume was frustrating for me and likely inconvenient for your staff. Allowing separate control of the microphone volume could have potentially prevented the issue we encountered. However, even when I approached staff, they said this was not possible. Being able to do this is the bare minimum for a karaoke room. After all, Some people like the sounds of their own voices, some don't. Fantastic! My mate and I visited today and were instantly impressed by the red carpet entrance and general, retro aesthetic of the whole joint. Really appreciate of the whole space as a one-stop, combined entertainment complex, where 'Strike Bowling' and 'B. Lucky and Sons' share the combined space. Makes it feel like one giant whole entertainment complex with long-lasting fun! The staff are super friendly and helpful - we got a free game of Mario Kart from one of the staff members; we just beat her in a photo finish after she led for most of the race :) She also informed us that because of the pandemic, their Arcade is missing some games because of shipping delays, so hopefully the Arcade reaches full potential in the coming months. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend everybody else to follow suit. Our company hired out the B. Lucky & Sons Perth venue for an exclusive corporate Christmas party event. The team did a great job with helping organise the event prior to the day and were fantastic with taking care of our group on the day. The venue caters to almost all ages, is large enough for big groups and food was good too. The venue assured me they were a a nut free venue which was important for one of our guest with a severe nut allergy and anyone else with special dietary needs were catered to without any hassle. Nothing was too much or too little for the staff, and they were happy to assist in anyway to make the event a great success. I would highly recommend them for corporate or private events if you are in need of a venue that is fun or family oriented, but it also seemed like a great venue for birthdays or just everyday fun!
