This Korean restaurant is an absolute treasure! The flavors are so rich and authentic; I can confidently say this is the real taste of Korea right here in Perth. I've lost count of how many times I've been here – it could easily be my hundredth visit! Whether it's for their delicious noodles, flavorful rice dishes, or even just a quick bite, it's always a satisfying experience. I've even brought my community and my best friends here, and we all rave about it. Their spicy soup is a must-try, and the spicy Korean fried chicken (their version of KFC!) is incredibly addictive. Oh, and I can't forget the spicy beef dish – the name escapes me at the moment, but trust me, it's unbelievably good! I highly, highly recommend this place. Read moreI have been visiting this restaurant for a good few years but hadn't visited since having a baby and they are now located on Barrack Street, happy to say that even since my last visit the menu is the same and the food is just as great. I have tried quite a few dishes but always find myself coming back to the beef bone broth soups, had spicy today it was so flavour ful and not too spicy for me. The dishes always comes with a tray of accompanyments (not sure why, if you know please let me know). I also get to ginger and honey tea and the kimchi pancake! The Barrack St location has toilets (really need to be cleaned more regularly) and is now licenced if you want a cold beer to go...
Read moreExtremely good prices and decent portion sizes. Its easy to have a decent feed for under 20 dollars, which is uncommon in Perth. The food is fresh, tasty and better value for money than some upscale places.
Sides are cheap and vary from night to night, and the mains range from mild to spicy. Wait times are generally not too bad, service is friendly. Definitely give the ribs, kimchi pancakes, dumplings and chicken dishes a try. They have a range of Korean drinks, both soft and alcoholic. Soju is just the thing for a spicy dish on a hot day. This is an ideal restaurant for sharing food.
