A late night snack after a show was a cold burger at a dirty, sticky table next to grease splattered walls. Staff were too busy to wipe the table when we asked so we tried cleaning it ourselves with a pile of serviettes. That gunk wasn't moving so we looked around for some water. They couldn't wet our serviettes, but, to their credit, they saw we were struggling trying to clean it ourselves and came over to wipe it down. On the bright side, when I got my fries they were piping hot and crispy. Just the way I like 'em. On the down side, by the time the table was safe enough to put food on, they had joined the tepid burger. I hear you shaking your head and wondering what on earth I was expecting from HJs. Why did I venture in sober? You could be right. But I counter, just hot and clean. For the love of God, is that too much to hope for? I'm under no illusion that it's real food or that it's even pulled together with something resembling mild affection, let alone made with love. I didn't even mind no toilet. (Thanks to listening to my physio about pelvic floor exercises đ). I duly turned my back to the wall of slime so it didn't put me off each bite, imagined I was at a budget Grill'd and wished someone would turn off the incessant alarm coming from the kitchen. Oh, and I'll probably go back again: this time drunk with a packet of wet...

Hungry Jack's is a popular fast-food chain that offers a variety of burgers, fries, and other classic fast-food items. As a frequent patron, I have mixed feelings about my experiences there.
First, the positives. The burgers are often flavorful and satisfying, with a good range of options to suit different tastes. The Whopper, in particular, stands out as a classic favorite, boasting a juicy patty and fresh toppings. The value meals are reasonably priced, making it an accessible choice for a quick meal.
However, there are some downsides to consider. The quality can be inconsistent across different locations, and service speed can vary. Waiting times in the drive-thru can be frustrating during peak hours, and the accuracy of orders can sometimes be a hit or miss. Additionally, while the burgers are tasty, they may not be the healthiest option, with high levels of salt and calories.
In summary, Hungry Jack's offers a decent fast-food experience with tasty burgers and affordable prices. It's a reliable choice when you're in the mood for a quick and satisfying meal. However, inconsistencies in quality and speed, coupled with nutritional concerns, may leave health-conscious customers looking elsewhere for a...
Read moreThe food is nice however one of the staff at William street Perth cbd is very unprofessional. It maybe the building cleaner or hungry jacks staff who chased us to stop eating while we were in the middle of savouring our food around 10:06pm and 10:17. We were forced to vacant the long table as she had to clean the area ready for closing at 1030. If the area is meant to be closed at 10:30 she shouldâve put a sign or put the chairs on top of the table so that customers can no longer use it. Instead the Asian lady forced us to stop eating instead and reprimanded to vacate the table immediately. Please address this concern for your Asian staff who is very rude and unprofessional. Shame for your customer service.
She must be aware what are the rules of hospitality industry.
You canât stop customers from eating and reprimand to vacate as technically it is still within the opening hours.
Please train your staff to adhere utmost customer service ethics and right manners and good conduct in dealing with customers. I am an Asian too, I felt shame for her manners and right conduct.
