After walking into the bar I was immediately greeted by a woman who asked me why I was visiting and if she could help with anything. I told her I wanted to buy cigars and she escorted me to the upper floor and instructed me to wait as she got her colleague, who I assume is the one in charge of the humidor. The bar's first floor looked really homey and they were playing some Spanish music. I waited upstairs and looked into the cigar lounge, which looked fantastic. It had a bar of its own and some men were in there smoking. The colleague in question was a really friendly older woman who escorted me into the beautiful humidor. Even though she didn't understand much english she helped me pick out a few sticks and let me inspect and admire some boxes of cohibas and other high end brands. Great experience overall. It indeed had a unique atmosphere, I wish I could have stayed longer. If I ever go back to prague I will surely visit again and sit down...

Even walking up the stairs, you're greeted by the beautiful aroma of fine cigars. The lounge itself is stunning, with a warm atmosphere and very comfortable seating. You order your cigars and drinks à la carte.
Our waitress was extremely friendly, very attentive, and never intrusive. The cigar selection is exquisite—you’ll find not only the finest Cuban sticks but also a curated selection of non-Cubans, such as Vegafina or Leaf by Oscar.
I treated myself to an H. Upmann Magnum 54, and it was perfectly stored and in excellent condition. Even my wife was impressed—and she’s not even a cigar lover. That says a lot about the atmosphere and overall experience.
Next time we’re in Prague, we’ll definitely return for another fine cigar or two. The service was outstanding.
Many thanks...
Read moreThe lounge is very good designed and nice to sit and enjoy. The bad part about the review is the staff handling problems with cigars. I ordered a Cuban cigar who have often problems with drawing. Mine had terrible draw (noticed it even before lighting it). I gave the cigar back and the staff was extremely unfriendly and told me that’s how it should be. As a mostly cuban smoker I know how it should be and they tried to talk me out of it. After I declined that I will keep this cigar they gave me a new one, which was how it should be.
That’s not how you handle quality problems, which the customer can not see before. Otherwise it was a good experience.
Drinks are kinda expensive also.
Would recommend going to the real Casa a few minutes away. Was...
