I often think that besides Vietnam, Vietnamese food in the US is the best. I have been to many places in Europe and the food in European countries is the type of food that only looks similar and tastes similar to 60% as the food in Vietnam, typical my special bowl of Pho last week at a Vietnamese restaurant in Budapest was such a huge disappointment that I wondered why there are people who do such a bad thing about Vietnamese food… This afternoon I went to Memory restaurant Prague and enjoyed a simple bowl of beef Pho, it was wonderful with the typical flavor of the bowl of beef Pho that I often eat every morning in Saigon, this is a typical family restaurant. Family cooking is like mother's cooking or home-cooked meals .. The owner and his wife are also the ones who cook and receive guests.. so food quality and customer service are the top concerns.. I'm sure the restaurant's other dishes are as delicious as the bowl of Pho I had today. The best beef Pho you can have in Prague at Memory Restaurant. I love to come back...

From the moment we stepped into Memory Restaurant, we were transported into a warm, welcoming atmosphere that blends traditional Czech charm with a modern twist. Nestled in the heart of Prague, this cozy yet stylish restaurant truly lives up to its name , it’s a place you’ll remember long after your visit.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel like honored guests from the very beginning. Their passion for food and hospitality shines through in every interaction.

The dishes we ordered lacked all depth of flavor. The glass noodle dish presented nicely but the sauce was comparable to overly salty brown gravy you’d find in an American cafeteria. The red curry (ordered with chicken) was all cooked properly but only tasted like coconut milk with some hint of red peppers. We also ordered the avocado maki and both the wasabi and ginger are dyed which is great if you’re looking for cheap food after a night of drinking and don’t care. The mango salad with chicken was okay but sincerely lacked any depth of flavor. The service was extremely inattentive and although they accept credit cards there are signs all over the restaurant in both Czech and English indicating they...
