Mlýnská kavárna — Restaurant in Prague

AVOID After 18 years as a regular, I can honestly say this has now the WORST SERVICE, staffed by untrained/ unprofessionals who don't appear to take their jobs seriously

Arrived on a Tuesday evening. Waited 10 full minutes before a waitress asked for my order. I replied that first I would need to see a menu.

After waiting another 15+ minutes, no wait staff had bothered to take my order, despite my menu being folded in front of me, on an otherwise empty table. I was in full view of the bar, with wait staff passing, none of whom I was able to get their attention.

I dropped the menu in front of the waitress who had given it to me (small, brunette), and said "Thank you for taking my order". She just chuckled and went back to her conversation with another bored looking waitress.

Other friends, now former regulars, have also commented on bad the service was before they too stopped going.

Petr (if you're still the owner), you need to take more of an active interest in how this place is run in your absence.
