Taiyaki Bar — Restaurant in Prague

We tried this place because of its hot chocolate, but it didn’t taste like real hot chocolate at all. It was also quite expensive, although the presentation was good. What really disappointed us, however, was the behavior of the staff. They were not flexible at all. We politely asked to change a matcha hot chocolate because the taste was awful, but they refused. It felt like they didn’t care about the customer at all. Very disappointing

Your stuff was cold, unwelcoming and uncaring. A satisfied and well-treated customer is not only more likely to return but also to share a positive review and recommend your establishment to others. Replacing a product like a matcha hot chocolate, even if the taste doesn’t suit the customer, costs very little compared to the benefits of an enhanced reputation. This might be something to consider teaching your team, as a small gesture can have a big impact on how your service is perceived.

This is one of the best Taiyaki I’ve eaten outside of Japan !

The taiyakis are crunchy on the outside and a little bit chewy on the inside . They offer a generous amount of filling and are very delicious !

We went there at 8:20 pm and saw that the doors were closed but the lights were still on . After knocking a kind man answered the door and told us that they were almost sold out of everything but offered us without hesitation to still make us some delicious taiyaki and even gave us one for free !

The best experience so far in our Prague trip and we will definitely come back on another day ! A huge thank you for your kindness and brightening our lives :)
