So. In general, I don’t like to write negative reviews, but in this case i will. Because the ring that I bought does not make me happy due to the negative impressions that I received during its purchase. So, let's begin.
Unfortunately a very very disappointing experience! Firstly I am not sure how they booking system work as I called and checked online if I was able to book an appointment and lady on the phone told me she can’t make any bookings for store in Prague. What a shame was it to see others people skip the queue in the store as they had “appointment”. So please next time would you be able to upskill your team to actually give not false information? Secondly, I understand it was very busy and a lot of staff was off sick, please do offer to your customers antibacterial tissues particularly if you sales assistants are sneezing and coughing during assisting customers, I appreciate flu is very normal to humans but I am not particularly keen on being sick thanks to a trip to Cartier. Lastly, from what I recall in my days the Sales assistant had to keep their hands clean and professional at all the time, and frankly a rusty dusty, old red polish just doesn’t do it for me. Please keep the standards high (particularly if you act like such a posh shop that you have two bodyguards outside which btw never seen before in any other Cartier store). One last point, I understand it’s difficult to work when you’re understaffed but perhaps a bit more energy and just an occasional smile won’t hurt your SA, again it was the end of the day but god did this feel like someone was holding a gun to the SA’a head to assist us. All and all not what it used to be and if you can defo try to visit a shop in...
Read moreMy 5 stars are for the Cartier's' shop, it is very nice and luxurious but the main reason for this comment is to warn you to beware of the scam taxi drivers around, they usually park in front. This corner is a common meeting point for most tours in Prague, the taxi scammers know it and take advantage of capture their clients here. They use a parked official taxi as a hook, when you ask for a transfer they call an accomplice who is usually parked on Pařížská Street. This accomplice is not an official taxi, he has a fake taximeter that charges prices 10 times higher than the official ones, if you don't pay him he threatens you and of course he doesn't give you any kind of bill. We lost our money, we reported it to the police and they are aware of these mafias but I thought it is appropriate to put this comment to give it the maximum diffusion. I hope this comment helps to prevent any of you from being ripped off like us, the least important thing is the money, the most dangerous thing is the annoyance we got because we travelled with our children and these people are dangerous. I was able to take a photo of the number plate of the scam taxi in case...
