So. In general, I don’t like to write negative reviews, but in this case i will. Because the ring that I bought does not make me happy due to the negative impressions that I received during its purchase. So, let's begin. 1) I had a meeting booked with a consultant (I agreed that she would order some models in my size by Tuesday) but she got sick. Ok, human factor. Happens.. 2) at the appointed time I came to the store, explained the situation about the sick consultant, but the security guard asked me to wait outside (the question is, why did I make an appointment? To wait outside? 3) When we were finally allowed inside, I asked for a Russian-speaking salesman. Her service began with the words “I have fifteen minutes and the next meeting is coming soon.” This is not entirely normal for a store of this level... This is not how you start working with a client. Moreover, I also had an appointment and it’s not my fault that my consultant got sick. I don't like choosing a ring and feeling rushed. You can also stand with a stopwatch, why not? 4) The ring I ordered did not arrive, it turns out I have to wait two weeks. Why the hell they didn’t warn me about this, big question. 5) I was choosing a ring for my next birthday and when the consultant heard this, he gave me a bottle of champagne. My friend, who was choosing a perfume with me, was also not given champagne for her birthday this month. To the joking question: why? They said that “in general, they give champagne for purchases over 8 thousand euros and all the bottles are in their account” THIS was very unpleasant. It's not a matter of champagne, it's a matter of principle))) A very unpleasant story, considering that I like the brand itself and I always buy gifts for myself and my friends from this store. I'll give it two stars, not one, just for the good assistant I always go to. Pleasant lady Tatiana, always smiling, measured, and even when you come to buy perfume from her, she advises you as if you were taking jewelry worth several thousand euros.

My 5 stars are for the Cartier's' shop, it is very nice and luxurious but the main reason for this comment is to warn you to beware of the scam taxi drivers around, they usually park in front. This corner is a common meeting point for most tours in Prague, the taxi scammers know it and take advantage of capture their clients here. They use a parked official taxi as a hook, when you ask for a transfer they call an accomplice who is usually parked on Pařížská Street. This accomplice is not an official taxi, he has a fake taximeter that charges prices 10 times higher than the official ones, if you don't pay him he threatens you and of course he doesn't give you any kind of bill. We lost our money, we reported it to the police and they are aware of these mafias but I thought it is appropriate to put this comment to give it the maximum diffusion. I hope this comment helps to prevent any of you from being ripped off like us, the least important thing is the money, the most dangerous thing is the annoyance we got because we travelled with our children and these people are dangerous. I was able to take a photo of the number plate of the scam taxi in case it helps you.

We are the fist customer waiting in front of the store at around 6:15 pm that before their closing time at 7pm. The door man said no sale available, need around 5-10 mins, that is ok . 5-10 mins to wait in cold weather that is great. But suddenly there are Czech lady come to the front and talk to the door man in Czech, then she jump the line in front of us and walk into the store. We have the same situation at Japan, but in Japan store they don’t let this Happen. And behind us is two girl that speak Czech to the doorman, then the doorman told us need to wait another 15 mins seem want us give up and let that two girl go in. How the door man that represent Cartier do this kind of discrimination action. I do read the other reviews from google. This happen a lot in this Prague location. Don’t wait time there and go to other locations around Europe. We finally brought our in Copenhagen.

Unfortunately a very very disappointing experience! Firstly I am not sure how they booking system work as I called and checked online if I was able to book an appointment and lady on the phone told me she can’t make any bookings for store in Prague. What a shame was it to see others people skip the queue in the store as they had “appointment”. So please next time would you be able to upskill your team to actually give not false information? Secondly, I understand it was very busy and a lot of staff was off sick, please do offer to your customers antibacterial tissues particularly if you sales assistants are sneezing and coughing during assisting customers, I appreciate flu is very normal to humans but I am not particularly keen on being sick thanks to a trip to Cartier. Lastly, from what I recall in my days the Sales assistant had to keep their hands clean and professional at all the time, and frankly a rusty dusty, old red polish just doesn’t do it for me. Please keep the standards high (particularly if you act like such a posh shop that you have two bodyguards outside which btw never seen before in any other Cartier store). One last point, I understand it’s difficult to work when you’re understaffed but perhaps a bit more energy and just an occasional smile won’t hurt your SA, again it was the end of the day but god did this feel like someone was holding a gun to the SA’a head to assist us. All and all not what it used to be and if you can defo try to visit a shop in...
