We arrived to this restaurant thinking it must be a great place to get good chinese food. First, they were SO busy and many tables had half-full plates and were left uncleared for a long time. We ordered the spring rolls, fried rice, and noodles. The spring rolls came quite fast considering how busy it was. But they were BURNING hot and I burnt my upper mouth terribly and now have big blisters in my upper mouth. A warning from the waiters/kitchen would have been nice. The spring rolls were quite blend and boring.
The main dishes also came fast, but the second dish came 10 mins after the first one. Side note; all the tables had this problem. So you won't eat at the same time if you're a group. Anyway, the WORST part was that the main dishes had an awfully weird smell and taste. None of us were able to figure out what it smelt like, but it was the opposite of fresh. We told the waitresses and they were very nice about it and called their boss (who was not there that night - which may explain all of this?). After a bit back and forth they agreed to take back the dishes and we left only paying for our drinks and the...
Read moreWe had a very bad experience with this place. Service: Close to none and the place is chaotic. We walked in and waited a few minutes without anyone greeting us. They seemed busy at the time so we understood. However, a group of people that came in after us just walked by us, found a table and sat down. We complained to the waitress that how they would allow that happen, i.e. people cutting in front of us. She did nothing but just told us to keep waiting. So the place is not well managed. Food: Typical westernized Chinese food. So if you are looking for authentic Chinese food, go somewhere else. Additional note: Watch out for extra 25% charge on your bill! My understanding is that in Copenhagen the prices on the menu already included 25% tax. I had visited several other restaurants in the city and never got an additional 25% tax charge on the bill. However, this restaurant charged us another 25%. I did not realize that until I was at...
Read moreA very disappointing experience. I ordered 6 different dishes and 3 of them have the same “sweet and sour” ketchup taste that is just not the usual flavor of the dishes. When I reflect this to the waitress, they only said it’s how they usually do it, I then said I have visited another branch of magasasa with the same dishes and they didn’t taste like this. They insisted on their version of stories, and then later on when paying explained that “we have 3 chefs from different region of China so sometimes the dishes will different tastes.” I think they knew the problem just wouldn’t want to admit it to avoid extra works. Other than the overall disappointing dishes, the portion are quite small and the dishes are not delicate, it’s not worth the money in my opinion, will not visit this branch again and don’t recommend to anyone who would like to have authentic taste of...
