Takuya sushi & ramen — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

The joint is located just right opposite of København H, I was taking photos for few hours at the Tivoli Gardens therefore I was cold and felt like to have some hot soup. The ambience of the joint was really relaxing and the staffs are friendly. I've ordered the Pork Ramen (チャーシューラーメン) , service was quick and the Ramen was surprisingly good. The pork was well marinated, the egg was nicely cooked but if the yolk could be slightly more runny then it would be perfect. The soup base is a bit spicy, which is exactly what I want, noodles are well cooked and it's not soggy. The only thing I found it a bit weird was instead of Pickled Bamboo Shoots (メンマ), they put carrots instead, but this is understandable as often Asian ingredients are hard to find in Europe. A little suggestion is, if possible, replace carrots with shredded black fungus (きくらげ), also if there are some bean sprouts (もやし) it would be really nice. One of the rude waitress i had seen ever,if you have seen a cc tv camera we were 4 not 5 including baby and i told her 3 because i thought we can manage with baby and we waited 15 min , and i knew because i am a regular customer you have faxi conde and cocacola,thats why i bought apple juice for baby ,and we came there and she rudely told us that you guys are 4 and one of the costumer gone other side and we sited there ,and we looked at menu at that time you cannot have that drink and i asked do you have a baby drink she replied rudly that ky wife coudnt handle it.as i also knw we are not allowed to bring anything from outside but it should be excused for baby if i dont give her she gonna cry.and thats the story but the food is...

Friendly service and convenient location next to Kobenhaven H. My complaint was primarily on the sushi taste relative to the rating. I ordered the sparkling salmon, rainbow, and wasabi salmon. I found that the ratio of rice and other fillings to fish was higher than I would expect at this price, and that the food sat heavy for me. At the price point and Google rating, I do think my expectations were much higher than the quality of the food received, which may be because the restaurant solicits Google reviews.
