Manger is only interested in selling chicken meals, so if you want a drink first you must buy a meal and the think 🤔 on the food or you can't buy a drink only......the restaurant is empty but you can't buy a drink to stay or to go out. Very bad business as the highest profits 📈 is from the drink 🍸 😐 an argument Manger that is not qualified to make a policy on behalf of KFC. We travel around the world and look forward to the familiar but not in Egypt 🇪🇬 and not in this KFC. Good position very bad management adds to much negatively to a quality brand.
Please change the company that is running this business. Also if everyone that has come this KFC have bought a chicken meal he couldn't cope , he only had one member of staff and the manager was just talking to his friends not working. The delivery driver had to go and bag his order French fries 🍟 dirty hands in the French fries 🍟 without any care ....... Please close this unit down.....very bad experience and dreadful example of KFC 🍗.
My very best regards,

It was incredibly hot, and I was sitting there sorting things and scanning the order code on the table with my phone when a waiter approached and told me I couldn't sit there to rest or wait without ordering. Even after I clearly explained that I was choosing my meal on my phone, she was still incredibly rude, as if she didn't understand my English. She gestured and insisted I couldn't sit there and that I should order at the bar. I vehemently stated that I was choosing my meal, and she turned and walked away rudely. This was the first time I'd ever been treated so rudely by a KFC waiter in my life, and even more so in Egypt. It was outrageous. With that attitude, I couldn't even decide...
