We arrived at 8.15 on a Monday evening, ordered drinks promptly, slight misunderstanding when ordering a bottle of Merlot with 2 glasses and received 2 glasses and no bottle, soon rectified but kind of set the tone for the evening… food ordered, arrived fairly swiftly but sporadically with one dish arriving then a wait before the next 2 and one of our party of 4 waiting a good 8-10 minutes for his dish to arrive after every one else’s I have to say the food was really lovely & plentiful, the sporadic service let the place down, the table was cleared as each person finished with one of us still eating and feeling pressured to eat quickly. Coats & bags appeared as it became apparent the staff were waiting for us to leave…. We were ‘mopped around’ and it did make us feel like they were waiting for us to leave despite the closing time being advertised as 9.30pm. We were there less than an hour from beginning to end. As someone who works in hospitality I did feel like we were being rushed out… all in all we saw the funny side and the food was really lovely, our most bizarre dining experience in...

Very disappointed with this place. Food is low quality and service is abysmal. I ordered vegetarian spring rolls, received them and they contained PORK. I was horrified and when I told the waitress, she tried to argue with me that i ordered pork spring rolls instead of the veggie ones ( I've been vegetarian for 10+ years so I was the least bit impressed at her attempt to accuse me for something like this ). She then stormed off, left me with the meat filled spring rolls and came back with another batch claiming these new ones were "vegetarian". While eating these, I once AGAIN found pork pieces in them. I was extremely upset as I cannot have meat due to a variety of reasons. I was also with friends and this experience completely ruined the atmosphere for everyone. The waitress was extremely rude and not once did i receive an apology. Cannot believe that something like this happens in Ireland in this...

We were a group of four. The staff recommended the Malaysian chicken curry as the best dish, so we ordered it—only to find it had gone bad. Both the potatoes and chicken had a strong, rotten taste, making it completely inedible. When we informed the staff, they insisted it was fresh and dismissed our complaint. One staff member simply smiled and said she would inform the chef, but no action was taken. We were not offered any discount or compensation, and ended up paying for a dish we couldn't eat. Very disappointing, especially since we used to visit this place regularly and had decent experiences before. Unfortunately, today's experience was completely different. We won’t be returning. A word of caution: never order what they recommend—it feels like they're just trying to get rid of...
