Horrible (I'm starting to think customer service does not exist in Europe). I had a reservation and they completely ignored us for most of the visit because they were too busy serving a large business group or something. Firstly, when he pointed to our seat my mom said "can we get something with shade instead?" And the man had the audacity to say "the sun will go down in 10 minutes and you will have shade", I want shade now??? That wasn't even the worst of it though. While we were eating there were 3 bees constantly eating our food with us. We joked about it to a server thinking they would maybe do the bare minimum and let us move seats instead they said "no we dont have anything for that, its an issue here just ignore them", some people are literally allergic? (We arent but thats an inappropriate thing to say). How can you say something is fine when the customer is saying its not fine? 10 minutes in after waiting forever for our food we asked for to go boxes because we couldnt deal with the bees anymore. They acted like we were the crazy ones because we didnt want to look out at a bus terminal, paying 50 euros a plate, just to be sharing it with bugs. The manager said he needs to get the to go boxes from downstairs, it ended up taking 10 minutes, we said its okay we dont need the boxes we just want to pay and go, this man had the audacity to say "the boxes are coming its not my fault" full attitude. No one said it was your fault we just want to leave so let us leave?? And then cherry on top the server dropped and broke our cup as we were leaving. Food honestly not too sure as we never ended up eating more than a few bites after the visit left a bad taste...

Pretty views, but terrible service and overpriced food. My dinner was better on the Delta flight on the way over. We sat at a table for 20 minutes before even getting to order a bottle of wine. We scoffed as we saw people going to the Burger King up the street, but a Whopper seriously would've been the better choice. For a starter, we ordered seared tuna. It was okay, but nothing special. For my entree, I ordered the seafood risotto, which came out in an extremely small portion and was bland and overcooked. I was so looking forward to my dish because of all the fresh seafood available in Venice -huge let down. My husband ordered the sea bass as the server recommended it. He was served the tiniest filet ever, and even more disappointing, it was lacking in taste. Furthermore, there is a € 3,50 cover charge per person. I don't mind a cover charge for a nice restaurant with a view, but we waited well over an hour to put the first bite in our mouths. Do not waste your money. They truly have worked hard while working with nothing. A frozen slimy tartare charged at €25. A coffee that was clearly sourced from a quick powder rather than machine. A poor girl trying her best to sing but the speakers wouldn't work making it seem like an eerie post apocalyptic background noise.
Topped off with the most expensive bill I have had on my trip in Venice.
