Have always loved coming to Mosaic Hyatt. But over the past year the service is terrible. The staff are rude and very unprofessional. Ordered in two consecutive occasions. First time they forgot my order - acceptable, but staff totally ignored it and had to wait more than 40 minutes before i asked and realised it was still unattended to. Finally got my order and left without a slightest apology. I thought it was a one off incident, so i placed orders for Christmas again. Self collected and same thing happened. They knew they could not find my order, but they went on doing other things for the next 30 mins thinking they were checking on it, until I approached them, only to get no response. All of the staff were nice and very accommodating even if it was apparent that we werenโt guests at the Hyatt Hotel. Honestly, for a hotel that claims to be 5-star, the hospitality certainly doesn't reflect it. I strongly urge you to train your staff to be more courteous and friendly especially the short girl with short hair. Every time we walk in, we feel like we're imposing rather than being welcomed.
