McDonald's — Restaurant in Sevierville

Had a bad experience with a woman who works there. Ordered from app, but an extra fry was added. I know I didn't add another, especially because looking back at the order history it didn't include the extra fry. Stopped by the next day and was told by someone that I had to go through the app for a refund. I used to work for this franchise chain, Scooter Foods, and I knew that wasn't right. We refunded everything. I came in again the next day, and tried to show them the McDonald's website that said to go to the store you ordered from and resolve the issue there, aka, get a refund. A big woman who seemed to hate her job was very rude and dismissive with me. I had to ask 6 times for a refund, and she finally begrudgingly gave it to me. I then tried to share the McDonald's website, where it directly said to go to this store for a refund, and she completely ignored me, scoffed, and walked away. Abhorrent service.

There are some good people there who are accurate and sweet, but most of them are entitled, and they hate life, giving that attitude to customers.

Orders are usually accurate, unlike most McDonald's, so that's cool.

I am a local. If it wasn't for locals some places wouldn't make it during the winter. I live close to this location so we used to visit often. Tonight was it for me. I will never return to this location. I'd rather drive across town to get correctly made food and fresh hot fries. EVERYTIME we come here something is missing or messed up. I ordered a grand mac meal with no lettuce. Get home and guess what? Full of lettuce. The fries were not fresh at all. I had to drive back over there to be told they were out of the correct buns for this sandwich. I settled for a regular big Mac bun and they gave me fresh fries. I told the manager I wouldn't return and asked him how hard it was to read the ticket and make the food correctly. I also think it's ridiculous to be charged for dipping sauce. At the prices they charge for a meal dipping sauce should be free. I have worked in fast food. I know it's not a high paying or even a great job but when you get paid to do a job it should be done correctly. I'd suggest double checking food before...
