Burger Zaken — Restaurant in Amsterdam

The worst service we EVER had! Avoid this place as its run by thugs and ex gangsters!!! Burgers were ok. We ordered water the rudest waitress bought us pair of filthy glasses which we pointed out to her. She told us that the glasses are not dirty and left them back on the table and walked off! Ok.... fine we thought lets just pur food and get out of here. We asked her for a glass of ice, she stormed off and bought us glass of ice in which we found pieces of paper left over from sugar sachets and God knows what else. We pointed this out to another waiter who stormed off and bought us a new bottle of water without any apology and glass of ice again..... we ate our burgers and asked for our bill. We must have sat there for 15 minutes with the dirty plates still in front of us waitress just ignoring us and the restaurant was half empty!!!!! She eventually decided to approach us as we requested the bill again, she then decided to tell us off about how when we told her the glasses were dirty that this was not the case (we thought this matter was dealt with and over)we asked to speak to a manager, the waiter who bought us the water told us the manager is not in the building. We pointed out that we just got told off by the rudest waitress and that we r not happy with the service and would like a reduction in the bill. He stood there arguing with us about the whole experience at which point we felt extremely uncomfortable. He then left and stood there with hes "crew" talking about us..... we were confused we still didn't have the bill so we stood up and went outside and stood outside the restaurant.?! He came out asking us if we paying the bill or not. I said NO actually we are NOT paying the bill!!! He said ok and went back in.....we started walking off (very slowly as we were still in shock!!!) As we were walking another man and the same waiter came after us apparently the owner screaming at us telling me U GO back and PAY FOR MY FOOD U B....!!!!!!!!! We were really scared so still no bill GOD knows what we paid for but we ended up...

Don’t bother going here, rude rude rude people. We entered and sat down to eat, the table was dirty so my friend took a napkin and cleaned it and asked the brother at the counter wheres the garbage, he got offended that we cleaned his dirty table so we can sit and eat, when we entered we were polite. Then after we asked them about the garbage they asked us our origin of culture our background, we are born Americans but our background is Pakistani, we are educated people. We like to keep things clean. When we told them we are pakistani after they asked us, the guy started being racist, he goes “I'm from egypt, you pakistani people think you come here and do whatever you want” then he came at my friend to hit him when my friend said “What do you mean we pakistani people?” I got up and took my friend outside. These people here are disrespectful JAHAL people at this place working. No sense of customer service, we dd not want trouble because we were here on vacation, but if this was America and my hometown that guy that came at us would be on the ground out cold. Piece of garbage people working here. They don’t know how to do business. We were nice enough to just get up and leave and ignore their stupidity. SO DONT GO HERE THEY ARE BUNCH OF UNEDUCATED...

MUST READ PLZ!!!!!!!! If you are in Amsterdam and look up burger places to eat most likely this place will come up on top choices. Plz do yourself a huge favor and do not go to this place if you care about yourself respect. The staff of this restaurant are extremely rude, racist and abusive. We were hungry and searched up places and this came up as the best burger spot so we decided to go and as soon we enter the first thing they say that it will take 15-20 to make the burger we said that’s fine with us. As we are sitting I see that the table was dirty so I took the napkin and cleaned it. I approached one of the staff to hand them the napkin because I didn’t see a garbage cane around. The guy starts talking very rudely and said that he doesn't work for me and won’t take order. He asks for my ethnicity and starts being racist about it. I would highly suggest not to go to this place and do not give them business and loose your self respect. I never had to right this kind of a review before. I couldn’t do anything else but leave them a review to let others know...
