I had an absolutely incredible dining experience at HAPYA. From start to finish, everything was perfect.
I ordered the Quinoa Soup, which was flavorful, comforting, and beautifully prepared. Alongside it, I enjoyed a Pisco Sour that was perfectly balanced—smooth, refreshing, and authentic. To make the evening even more special, they surprised me with a complimentary dessert and tea, a thoughtful gesture that left me impressed.

Everyone was gentle and welcoming. The surprise at the end was the local tea treat and the small gift together with tips on how to best adapt to the high altitude of the region. Certainly worth visiting when in Cuzco,...
