This was such a disappointing experience, beautiful views but definitely a tourist trap. A man off the street approached us with the menu for us to look at which is pretty typical in Cusco, but he told us that we’d have a balcony table. As soon as he took us up the stairs, we saw all the balcony tables had been taken; off to a bad start. It took ten minutes for a server to take our orders and another 15 minutes for a lemonade and two alcoholic drinks. We didn’t get our appetizer for another 20 minutes and at that point other people were leaving the restaurant due to the service, this should’ve been our sign to leave too but we had already ordered. There was only one waitress and it was completely disorganized. They got my burger order wrong and I didn’t even want to change it because it’d be another 30 minutes of waiting. I had ordered a beef and lamb burger but they gave me the alpaca burger which was too strong and gamey for me. My mom got the cui aka Guinea pig because it’s a specialty in Cusco. Unfortunately it was soggy and not fresh, despite our waitress (and the menu) insisting it would be crispy. We were parched and ordered more drinks three times but they never came during the duration of the meal. We asked for the check and the waitress brought the drink my sister had ordered thirty minutes earlier. We asked for the check again but we got tired of waiting and just left, paying at the front. My sisters pizza was good though and so were the views, but that’s it. We don’t like wasting food but my moms plate was so bad we fed it to a stray dog. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but god I wish someone had spared me.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered a pisco sour and a pizza. My waitress (Nancy) was so fabulous - wanted to make sure she gets the recognition for my five star review. When I entered she immediately brought me to the window table overlooking the square. It was a table for four and she offered to move the chairs so that I was as close as possible to the window to have the best view (photos attached). I ordered a pisco sour, it came quickly and was delicious. I then ordered a pizza but didn’t know if I wanted regular or a margarita pizza, and she said she could do a half and half pizza! Just loved the service she provided. Oh, and the food and drink delicious as well. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone staying in Cusco.

I wish to give them 5 stars because first time me and my boyfriend went there was on Tuesday 29/04/25, we ordered the menu of the day for 45 soles per person, that includes starter (I ordered ceviche and my boyfriend got the chicken salad), main dish was milanesa chicken and alpaca with sause, deserts and maracuya juice. Everything was tasty and delicious. We come back there on Saturday 03/05/25 around 2pm and we both ordered the Andinean and Alpaca burger and a desert. We both arrived at home feeling our stomachs, after we had diarrhea and vomiting and at 2am we went to the hospital to take medicine on the vein. I am still taking medication as my stomach is not good yet after 5 days. So, I really don't know if it was the different meat, or if was another thing. My recommendation is: try to eat what you are...
