The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful with helping you decide what flavours to choose given their extensive menu. There is something for everyone and even a vegan and dog friendly menu on offer too! I love the whole atmosphere of this place, the bright decor drew me in and I will ONLY go here for my sweet treats from now on. Great value for money and outstanding service!

Proper lovely can't recommend enough can I can I request a idea though like a harry potterish shake like butterbeer, butterscotch syrup, vanilla ice cream ( called the buttery lighting bolt ) topped with a golden snitch (ferero roshay still in gold wrapping) something to mimic cream soda flavour. Because the Cadbury caramel today was epic. First ever vist will be back. Loads of quirky ideas. Can't wait to try marmite lol.

We visited the store today as part of a school trip to the cathedral. We visited the funky cow during lunch time as two groups. The girls were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were brilliant with the children. I'll definitely pay another visit over the summer holidays with my kids!...
