This was our first time having A&W even though it's been here for quite awhile. Drive through was quick and easy and We didn't mind pulling forward to wait for freash cheese curds. The cheese curds were very good but we think that Culver's curds are a little better (and they're next door). Fries were excellent, with that slightly "battered" texture(one of my personal favorites)! The Burgers were pretty good as well and the Shakes were good and thick. Wife enjoyed the chocolate and I had the Strawberry. They stayed thick all the way home (about 12 minutes in traffic plus 3 to 4mins to get inside and settled down) despite it being 75°+ out. Overall it was a good experience and would do it again! Try it out...

I wanted to try one of their new ice cream sundaes, but ordered just lunch first so that it wouldn't melt. Just getting my lunch took about 20 minutes, then when I was finally ready to order my dessert, I could not get anyone to take my order. There were long lines both inside the restaurant and at the drive through, and I never saw anyone at the register to take anyone's order, even after waiting several minutes. I spent most of my lunch break from work waiting in line, and never got what I came for. I finally gave up and went to Culver's next door. I cannot rate the food because the service was so bad, I didn't get to try...
