Culver’s — Restaurant in Anderson

I usually have good experiences at this Culver's. After this visit, I will not go back. This Culver's is in Anderson, IN, on Satterfield Rd. I went to the drive-thru window to order a Concrete drink. I waited several minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was there. Nothing happened. Thinking they were busy, I parked and went inside. There were two people waiting to pick up their ice cream, and at LEAST 6 or 7 workers standing behind the counter, talking wildly and loudly. Not paying any attention to the people waiting at the counter. The girl at the ice cream station was working away getting orders out. Two people walked in and up to the counter and were waited on. I am still standing there with 6 employees just talking away behind the counter still. I finally stopped a girl and asked her if she worked there. Can you take my order, I asked? After ordering, I stood back and watched what else was going on. Over at the drive-thru counter was another 4 employees just having a good old time joking around with each other. Is this the reason I was ignored at the drive-thru window? Where were the managers? Where was the customer awarence? And continually working onward was the girl working the ice cream station. You should make her a manager. So terribly...

First time to have a burger here and man IDK what I've been missing until now. Burgers were cooked to perfection the way a steak burger is supposed to be seared and have crispy edges but still juicy. Everything about the double 🥓 cheeseburger was phenomenal. I have 4 stars because the crinkle cut fries were either not fresh or not cooked long enough.

However that was a late night and they were really busy so I'm sure they were in a rush and we all cut corners when we're in a rush. I'll probably give them a 5 star after I go here again. I also appreciate the fact that they grow everything on their own farms rather than using the mainstream supply of over processed chemically and laden genetically modified. Hard to find fast food chains that still care about the quality of the food they serve their customers. Not just talk the talk but walk the walk. That's love. But I'd love to have some crispy fries next time...

Our family enjoys Culver's very much! I can honestly say that everything we have ever had there, we thoroughly enjoy it! Of course, there are somethings that we like more than others, but in general we enjoy everything on the menu! In fact, just today I discovered a new custered flavor that I really enjoy! Devils Food Cake Custered, it is absolutely delicious! I am not a big chocolate lover, nor do I like hard crunchy items in custered, but the chocolate cake and the chocolate frosting were just perfect together! Just the right combination and it was perfect! Now I have another reason to head to Culver's on a daily basis! But trust me, you do not hear me complaining at all! Now I have another thing g to be watching the calendar for! But trust me, I really don't mind at all! Just keep an eye open and I will inform you when it's...
