Wendy's — Restaurant in Anderson

My wife went through the drive thru and bought two combos and 3 kids meal chicken nuggets. When she came home with the food all 3 kids meal nuggets were nasty and cold the large fry she bought was half empty and all fry’s where at least an hour if not longer old. So I called up there and spoke to the manager which her name was Lana and told her about the food. She was very rude not professional and tells me that if I want fresh new food that I needed to come back up there and bring everything back with me well I wasn’t able to bring all that food back up at the time and I tell her this and she tells me that if I can’t do it today then she can mail me some free coupons for free food just to give her my address. I told her that I wasn’t going to give her my address so when I tell her that she gets really rude. So I asked when her GM would be in next and she tells me she’s too busy to look at the schedule that I had to call back. and not only did that happen they charged us twice for the same order, she charged our card gave the card back And then continues to say that the payment didn’t go through and that she had to run it for a second time after my wife told her that it did she’s gonna sit there and argue and say it didn’t. My wife gave her our card back and she charged it for the second time. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone or at least not on Lana her shift because clearly she’s rude, disrespectful and not professional at all. I don’t know how she even got the position...

I pulled up to the drive thru at approximately 1120PM 7/11/2014. After sitting for a couple minutes without a greeting a guy comes over the intercom and asks in a hostile tone, "Can I help you find something!?". I said I didn't even know if you was open and was waiting for somebody to greet me. I proceeded to give him my order. One Single with Cheese, Ketchup, Mustard, Onion, and one Chocolate Frosty. He repeated it back but was cutting in and out. Not static like but clicking on and off like. I asked him to repeat it again because he was breaking up. He repeated it again and stated the single's toppings incorrectly so I corrected him. He then said, "That's exactly what I said". I pulled up paid for my items to a female who now had taken over. I got my order and took it home. My husband ate the frosty and took a bite out of the hamburger. He immediately complained this is the worst burger I've ever had and it tastes like somebody spit in it. I then went on to tell him about the rude guy at Wendy's. Then my husband really looked at the hamburger and stated somebody spit on it and you can see it.. I am sure he will never eat at this store again. Just how big of a LOW LIFE does it take to spit on somebodies food. DISGUSTING. I immediately called the store to complain but was greeted by a voicemail. I left a message and I'm awaiting a...

Not impressed. At the drive thru speaker I was told that they were “out” of pink lemonade, so I chose a different drink. I was handed my drink at the window and noticed that there was no ice, so I asked about it thinking that they gave me someone else’s drink. I was told that they were “out” of ice as well. And then I heard her “say unless someone wants to go get some.” As I waited for the cashier to finish with my card, someone came with a big bucket of ice and filled the cooler. The cashier then asked me to pull up to wait for my order, and I was never offered a new drink with ice or a cup of ice. When my food was brought out to me, I didn’t even have to look in the bag to know that I didn’t get BBQ sauce that I asked for. Someone went back in and brought me some, but come on! The ice thing really irritated me for some reason tonight. That’s just laziness and poor customer service and/or management…especially when the customer specifically asks you about it! That means that they would like to have some! You were not out. You were lazy. Now I’m wondering if the pink lemonade was “out” too because everyone was too lazy to hook up a new one or didn’t know how.
