Massive place at the base of the mountain. Had live music one night and can sit outside (self seating at least in the spring) to bring your own stuff or grab food/beer and enjoy the views and firepit. This is where there are fresh cookies brought out in the afternoon.

Powder 8 is a great mid-day lunch lodge for skiers and snowboarders alike. Compared to mid mountain lodges, Powder 8 stands out.
