Craft City Social Pub — Restaurant in Charlotte

Had the privilege of visiting Craft City Sports Pub first time during one of Charlotte’s rather busy weeks. However, I had to take the time to express the “Outstanding customer service received from the manager ‘Felice”! I arrived at the establishment around 8:30/9 after attending a cheer conference. We wanted to walk out due to the overwhelming group of people but, knew it would be crazy pretty much everywhere, so we stayed. Once we found a place to sit “Felice” gave eye contact and, assured us that should we be right over. Felice was incredibly friendly, attentive, and offered suggestions for me especially since I can be very picky. We had a fantastic time and will be back. The hotel restaurant is amazing simply because of the Manager Ms. Felice. I have an allergy and she helped me since the first night I stayed at the hotel until my last night. She made sure everything was prepared correctly and made sure there was no cross contamination. She checked on me throughout my dining experiences and allowed me to reach out to her whenever I needed anything. She was beyond helpful and gracious towards myself and sorority sisters.
