My husband and our dog went here today to check it out. There is ample free parking. They have a little of everything. Vegetables, plants, flowers, soaps, bread, eggs, pet supplies, bakery goods, and a lot more. The only thing I didn't see was fruit. Except for strawberries at some of the stands. That was it. It probably depends on what Saturday you come and what the farmers have available. Hours are 9 a.m. - noon. Chairs and tables are seated throughout the venue if you decide you want to sit and enjoy something that you purchased. Also, take in the live music. The young lady singing and playing her guitar was wonderful. (Don't forget to tip.) There was a food truck there that sold crab cake sandwiches. My husband, who has some ties to Baltimore, MD, said it was delicious! If you like crab, try one. The photo and info are pictured here. I didn't see any restrooms. This doesn't mean they didn't have any available. Lots of dogs walking with their "parents." I saw some of the staff walking around with tee shirts. I should have asked them about restrooms. Read moreWe went to this farmers market for the first time last weekend because we wanted to try Sumbucha.
I wasn't looking forward to attempting to find free parking uptown, but I was hoping it wouldn't be too bad with Covid early on a Saturday morning.
I was pleasantly surprised when we got there and I found out that the market has dedicated free parking and plenty of it!

There are some really cool vendors too. We got some kombucha from sumbucha and some Indian street food from Angry Nani. I wanted to get some Magpies but didn't realize you need to preorder now. Verdant Bread was also there which I've heard great things about.
It's every Saturday from 8am-12:30pm. Go...
Read moreLove the Farmers Market and the vendors, they are absolutely lovely but I don't feel safe going alone anymore after an encounter a few weekends ago.
I had an older man follow me through the market, approach me and harass me, and wouldn't leave me alone when I told him I didn't know him and he was making me uncomfortable. I had to scream and get a passing stranger (male) to get this man to leave me alone. I saw no visible police or security presence and felt unsafe so I left while the bystander made sure the man didn't follow me back to my parking deck. Very unfortunate a single woman can't go out to a Market alone at 9 am on a Saturday morning, but this location is too close to the Transit Center and large groups of unhoused people for me to feel...
