Overall, the food tasted pretty average and being in a hotel the atmosphere was okay, but nothing spectacular about either. However, it should be noted that I ordered a pretty basic dish- their “2 Egg” option, so I can’t speak for their more complex dishes. My friend got the chicken and waffle sandwich which looked pretty good (it was open-faced, which was good to see). I ordered my eggs scrambled, and I ordered ham for my protein and English muffin for the toast option. We both ordered coffee and water. My friend’s order came out okay, although it took almost a half hour for food to arrive. The coffee was a bit pricy for what it was ($5 for basic black coffee), and to our server’s credit he did keep refilling the water and coffee every chance he got (the only reason I didn’t rate the service one star lower). However, my order aside from the scrambled eggs came out incorrectly. They gave me sausage instead of ham and wheat toast instead of an English muffin. The food already took so long to come out I didn’t bother saying anything. The food still tasted okay but I was paying $20 plus tip for the simple breakfast and what I ordered wasn’t complicated. I noticed he didn’t write the orders down and they didn’t seem to have a lot of staff so not trying to drag the guy, as he was kind enough. In the end not a massive deal, just didn’t get what I was paying for or wanted. Might try again at a later date.

Food was only okay. Charcuterie board was touted as 'local and domestic cheese', but not really a lot local about it. Seems like you could put together your own by going to a big box store and if you were to go to local artisans you'd have a lot better items for this board. The mustard cheese was a nice addition, though the cheddar had some pieces that had color like they'd been sitting out a while and could go hard fairly soon. The sausage spread and bread was really good, along with the tangy jam served. The cavatappi was cold when it came out, but the meat atop was hot, leaving evidence that the meal timings could use some work in the kitchen, or at least they should make sure the meal was at a good temp. The flavors were great for it though. The burger was decent (nothing more to write about, just standard), but a bit too red for just medium (more like medium rare that was served), so I hope they grind their own meat and use it daily! Condiments came in packets, except for ketchup which was in a steel container, so interesting how this restaurant is set up. Service was a bit slow and not really seeming like table care was around, as my glass was near empty or empty nearly the whole time and only refilled once over the course of an hour. I would not eat here again, but glad to now know that. I feel like this restaurant probably wouldn't survive in this area if not attached to the hotel.

While staying at the Sheraton in Columbus, I came here for some drinks and a snack. The place was extremely busy, and the only saving grace was Nick, their bartender! He almost single handedly managed everyone at the bar, and almost the whole room as the rest of the staff were not up to par! He did that with great efficiency and a smile! He managed all the food and beverage orders, including washing glasses with no bar back! Bravo Nick!!

Where is the host? No front of house when we ate here. Poor waitress was juggling the position which should not be the case unless the owner has the hostess waiting tables which is equally wrong. Hamilton themed menu for the play going on next door was cute but silly, menu even had a typo. Theme overall with waitress addressing diners as milady is silly. Food was good but price seems high for what is being delivered. Wasn't busy so food did not take too long considering the party size. Not a bad place to sit down at if you have the patience and are willing to pay 15-22...
