Junebug's BBQ — Restaurant in Fredericksburg

Friends invited us to JunBug barbecue in Fredericksburg. First time visiting. Walked into an open area, with a bunch of long tables in front of a stage. Live music, which at first I didn’t want to hear loud music, while eating. To my surprise the music group playing sounded so great. Couldn’t believe how great they were. Walk up to the window and order your food. Great selection of barbecue and condiments to eat. Ordered barbecue ribs, coleslaw and potato salad. What a delicious meal I ordered. Wife got lean brisket, sandwich and baked beans. Get your food on a tray and have at it. Plenty of paper towels. Best barbecue I’ve had in a long time. I went here with my family for a late lunch and everything we ate was phenomenal. Not even an understatement. The staff was helpful and went above and beyond in every single area.

Take the service out of it. If all we are talking about is the food - Hands down, this was the BEST BBQ we have ever had. All 5 of us absolutely LOVED it and look forward to...

Service and atmosphere is great! The brisket was good, ribs were really good id say and sausage was good. Turkey was sold out. The mac and cheese was good and the potato salad was NOT good because it had no flavor. “Bbq sauce” is practically honey. Theres no real temperatured zone, it all feels like outside seating. The restrooms were the cleanest restrooms ive ever been in at a restaurant, it was great. Parking in the street...
