Today late afternoon , on October 23th I came to watch basketball game between Pacers and Heat at Gain Bridge Field House , Security at entrance of building told me .:you are not allowed to take purse inside of building .First of all my purse was not huge and was not too big and probably it’s sizes were only two inches larger than allowed sizes of a purse for taking inside .. Security at this building told me you have two options ; (1)Give five dollars for check in to hold your purse and at the end of game you can get your purse back or take your purse back to your car : First of all I forget to bring money and credit card so I did not have money to deliver my purse to Grain Bridge Field House / and second I did not have car to take my purse back . So I had to take all my belongings out from purse and I had to throw away my expensive purse in garbage can in building and I had to hold my belongings in my hands .When I sat for watching game I saw too many people who had big purses even bigger than mine with themselves . Rules of purse policy regarding size of purse is disgusting ad far as security check inside of purses . Not only my excitement about watching game has been ruined but also my anxiety made me worst and did not let me to be relaxed to watch game …I NEVER , NEVER , NEVER step in this building forever with this stupid purse size policy any more...

Christian Evans has been so professional, knowledgeable, and you can tell he’s extremely passionate on Pacers and their ticket sales. The organization is better to have such a passionate person on their team who will go above and beyond for their customers. Shout out to Christian!!...

Didn't really trust the guys selling tickets outside, so I ended up.going back...
