Have had issues twice this week at this location. First time my sister and I put in a breakfast order on our way to the restaurant to pickup in the drive thru. When we arrived the girl told us that she didn’t see our order. She called inside on the radio to check on it and after a minute someone else outside said they’re good you can send them around. We waited in line and when we got to the window the girl there told us she didn’t have our order. After checking with other people inside she came back to the car and we showed her the order on the app. She finally found it and then informed us that they didn’t have any more biscuits for the two chicken biscuits we’d ordered. So we settled for sandwiches and fries. After we left we realized we’d only been given one sandwich and one fry when we’d originally ordered two chicken biscuits and two hashbrowns. If you’re not going to have enough food to make breakfast til 10:30 don’t take orders til 10:30 and if you’re going to offer a swap make it right.
TODAY I pulled into line and after a minute of waiting an employee walked up to my window and said “I’m actually gonna have you go around the building and get behind those cars (pointing back to a line of 4 or 5 vehicles in a line parallel with cars at the window.)because you cut all of them off.” I thought those cars were waiting to get their food. They were stopped at the same place as the drive thru and there was a space of about 4/5 car lengths between the first car stopped to around the corner where it looked like the line was. Read moreI knew it was too good to be true in today's world of fast food/customer service. Chick Fil-A was always the one place that never let me down... until yesterday. I waited over a half hour in the drive thru for a salad and after getting home 15 minutes away, realized they never gave me salad dressing. Tried calling to talk to someone but nobody answered. Left a voicemail and nobody called back. With the prices of everything increasing lately and the amount of time waiting in line, you'd think they would get it right. Very disappointed as I didn't have anything at home to put on the salad and after a long stressful day of just wanting to come home to an easy dinner, it didn't happen. And with gas prices, it wasn't worth driving all of the way back to get dressing. I honestly think I'm done getting food anywhere other than the grocery store that I make for myself. Customer service everywhere has truly let me down ever since the pandemic and while Chick Fil-A was the one to prove every other fast food wrong, they are starting to become the same. I'm over spending my hard earned money and time on food and service that isn't worth it. I'm sure others feel the same....

The five young kids working the front were playing around, filling drinks for not sure who, throwing ice and ignoring me and my son while we stood there for at least 4 good minutes. Another worker comes out from kitchen and sees us and says sorry I don’t know how to work register or I would help you. I say ok. He walks away and then turns to the kids working and says is anyone going to help these people? They ignored him also. Absolute crap show in there, all they cared about was messing around and not doing their jobs. How the heck does your outside line work so smooth with that awful team...
