Read moreWe wanted to celebrate my son's birthday here so we reserved a table on opentable ahead of time. Grandma who is handicapped joined us. When we arrived and went through front door it's a giant flight of stairs. We seen no signs for elevators or handicap accessable options. I hurried down this long empty hallway to stumble upon an elevator that looked very sketchy but it did work, luckily. It did smell of burning wires. We get off and go to host and give her my name and she attempts to sit us a high top table with so many open tables available because they were actually not busy. I explain we cannot sit at a high top. Apparently they only had one waiter. And he was over worked with the few tables he had. So we waited a very long time to get drink order in. We tried to ask questions about eat and play deal at 3:20, and he had to go ask someone if he can allow us to do this deal as the cutoff is 5:00. He disappeared a long time. Finally came back and yes it's a go.... He took our drink order and disappeared. We asked other wait staff to get him for us... And they came back saying he was outside... We tried asking the girl more questions about dinner deal and tokens and she told us he'd be back to answer our questions.. As We'd never been here before. Moments later he's taking new arrivals orders. A girl shows up at our table telling us our waiter is busy and she's here to take our drink orders.... We told her we put them in with him. Oh, OK... And walks away. And we wait... She never tried helping him get them. My poor son just wanted to play some games so we sent them off to play and bought coins for them... And we waited.... When we tried to find someone to just cancel the drinks and say nevermind, there was no one around... So I think we told a bus boy. And left the dining area. We spent 200.00 on coins for everyone to play. The machines were mostly broken. Taking our coins and not coming on. We did wait longer for a game tech to arrive to give us a free game on one... But we didn't want to keep standing around waiting as us adults were all getting very frustrated. It's very expensive and it's a racket. For the amount you spend on coins vs. The amount of coins each game takes almost makes me feel like a chump when you get to the rewards store and a pushpop is 500 tickets! The lack of customer service for the amount we had to spend to play for a little over an hour was astounding. We should have been treated...
Read moreDon’t even know where to begin. We had a party of 11 for a reservation at 6:30. We did as instructed and told them that we were here for a special event and I was the host. They then proceeded to tell us that our table wasn’t ready yet. They said they would text us when it was ready. We waited for an hour and still never received a text eventually we asked what was going on and they said they though they seated somebody in our party at a table, everyone was standing in front of them before so they knew who was apart of this. So we finally get seated after an hour wait. The waiter comes over and ask how we are splitting the bill which in our case was already paid for with the party reservation for food and unlimited soda refills, we tell the waiter this and he grabs the manager. The manager then proceeds to tell us that we were a little late. I immediately told him we were here at 6:30 but we’re never seated when we got there and waited an hour. He then takes us to the correct seating for the event. Now he did try to make up for this error by upgrading our cards for games but with the service at the end of the night too didn’t make up for anything. After we played our games and ate our food, which the best part of the whole night was definitely food and drinks which tasted delicious. When they gave us the check at the end of the night management said we should have been out of there by 8:30, this is true if we were seated at 6:30 like we were supposed to be. They said they felt bad for us so they let us stay longer. Management also felt the need to sit by our table until we paid and didn’t just come back to collect the bill when we were ready. The waitress was extremely rude towards the end of the night as well and made it seem like we were trying to avoid paying for our alcoholic drinks when we gave them the receipts for everything and a card to pay for it with. They also had the nerve to suggest an 18% tip after this kind of service. Spent way to much money to get treated like this. Their staff is a mess and doesn’t know what is going on and management is just as bad with customer service. Now I can’t speak on behalf of any other staff or management they may have but the group we had tonight was not...
