Poke n' Ramen 360 — Restaurant in Jersey City

Look at the price before you pay, the lady in the front tried to over charge me. On the menu it says 6.99 and she tried saying that it is supposed to be 7.99, what kind of place is that? I asked her for the reason and she could not answer and just shrugged her shoulders. No thank you, I just walked away without getting anything, thankfully there are MANY more choices at the mall and they charge you the price on the menu. Editing to add: No i didnt order dumplings. I ordered gyoza and on the paper menu it says 6.99. She did not ask me if I wanted it fried or steamed, but she immediately charged me 7.99. This place is a joke. This place used to have good poke. But I think there are new people working here now because how can you call this a poke bowl? it’s completely DRENCHED in sauce to the point where this looks like fried rice? I asked for sauce. I didn’t ask them to drown my food in it to the point where that’s all I taste, which is what they clearly did here. The previous owners of this joint have been making amazing poke for the years I’ve lived in Jersey City and suddenly with these new people, everything has changed. And there’s like only a few pieces of raw fish scattered here and there. AND it costed $17 for this nasty bowl of crap. I took two bites and couldn’t stomach it. After 4 years of being a loyal customer, I am never coming back again. Absolutely...

The service is always bad, but the food is usually good. I ordered a brown sugar boba and it was not my first time. I noticed the taste was off after trying it a couple times and smelled it to find out the milk is spoiled. I went back to ask for a refund as I paid over $8 for it and I was told that I could replace it with another drink. I did not want another drink and they told me the manager was not in to give me a refund. Based on the weird facial expressions from the woman who told me this, I believe it was a lie in order to get me to give up on getting a refund. I am going to dispute it with my bank. I've learned by now not to waste my time on money hungry...
